I needed to overnight a package urgently and asked to clerk to assist me with it. He suggested I went home and print a label. Then proceeded to tell me my child was playing with the merchandise. She was carrying around a bag of packing peanuts. Service was not good and if he knew his business, I only had to fill out a carbon copy to send my package. When you have urgent business, this place is not the place.

I love this UPS store. It’s the most convenient location for me so I do a lot of business here. The staff is super helpful and friendly. If you need a UPS store in the area I highly recommend them. I’ve been going there since 2008 and have never had a bad experience.
