Social worker is very insensitive and lacks diplomacy. CNAs lack proper care-​giving skills, inattentive to patients, and are rude to family and patients.

So my mom has been pretty sick for almost 4 months now. She was in and out of the ICU for 2 months and has now stabilized and is rehabbing here at the Legacy. This place really impressed us from the get go.
The atmosphere:
The place looks like a day spa. There are hints that it’s a nursing facility, but for the most part, it’s very upscale.
The staff:
Most everyone I’ve met has been very nice. My mom has said there are a couple that will get fussy with you, but everyone has their off days once in a while.
If you need to get some rehab done, this is the facility for you. This facility also has other buildings for permanent residents.
