Matt, Kyle, Krissy & Erica were all such awesome help! They went above and beyond to make sure that the grill I purchased for mom for Mothers Day was perfect. Cannot recommend the people at this store enough!

My husband and I go to this Home Depot all the time and we always leave with what we need. We often discuss how great people are who helped us in various sections(being new homeowners this last year we have visited each department)! The other night, Ben assisted us in the garden and plant section and he was AWESOME! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and spending so much time helping us choose the best plants!

I love this Home Depot! Earlier I bought some supplies that someone there suggested I use for a home project and it caused minor damage to my room. When I explained things to a manager he comped me the supplies I needed to fix the damage and didn’t come up with an excuse for his employee who turns out was just green in his department. I will be giving them my business for a long time!

Thanks entirely to Regina, a Home Depot resolution specialist, I have been compensated sufficiently to complete this project to my satisfaction.

The employees are usually very nice and easy to find. The parking lot usually looks like they had a party he night before.

These Home Depot has always been my favorite. It’s just the right size and CLOSE. What I Love: There is always a staff member or two that ask if you need help finding something. Often I do! Abundant Parking Fantastic values on expensive clearance items in the garden department CLEAN Well stocked — I have yet to see an «out of» sign on what I need Highly reccomened!

This location has the friendliest staff and they know their stuff! My mother-in-law had surgery that requires rehab with a walker. She was having trouble getting over small bumps and cracks with the wheels-so Rick and Gustavo(sp?) TRICKEDITOUT With wheels that got her safely moving faster. I am always so impressed and never disappointed at Home Depot. Thanks boys for caring and know these girls greatly appreciate a job well done!

Was looking for something odd to use differently than what the item might be used for(an e-clip), and the gentleman that helped me find the clip also chatted with me about how I was using it and searched for alternative ideas. All that for a $ 0.51 purchase. Very nice.

HD is cool. It can be hit or miss trying to find someone for help. I was lucky and an employee approached me pretty quick and offered help. They provide great assistance if you are able to find someone.

We normally go to Lowe’s, but Home Depot listed workshops on their website. Mom and I signed up for one on a Saturday morning well ahead of the scheduled date. Received an email confirmation a few days before, stating that it would start promptly at the listed time. All sounded good. Loved the idea of the workshop. We got there 10 minutes prior to start time. Inquired with the woman greeting people inside the door. She seemed a little confused as to what we were talking about, but then walked us back to the area where they have window treatments. There she asked another employee about it, who was running it, etc. His response was the he wasn’t sure, then looked to us and said, «If you give me a few minutes, I can show you guys how to do some stuff.» Um… okay? Then we were told someone else was supposed to be running it but they weren’t sure where he was, and that we should just stand there in the aisle and wait for him to show up. Yeah, so we left. Totally unorganized, didn’t seem at all like it was going to be a «workshop» as advertised. We weren’t really interested in some employee who was not at all prepared to show us «how to do some stuff», nice as it was for him to offer. Totally disappointed. We’ll stick with Lowe’s and YouTube how-to videos. Oh, well.

Not my Home Depot of choice– but it’s close to work, so I go fairly frequently. Good for a quick in and out. But it feels tighter than others.

Great service. I have been shopping this location for about 2 years and they almost always have what I need in stock and the service is great. Everyone is seems educated on the products and the prices are fair. The location is also very nice since it is on the service road for I-75

This particular Home Depot has been a great location for me. The gentleman(I’ll add his name when I find out) in the doors/windows/hardware section is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, as are most of the employees at this store. The quality of goods has, of course, declined in recent years due to cheap goods from China, but if you don’t buy the absolute cheapest version of something, you can usually find better quality. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years(ain’t home ownership grand), and have not had any problems. They always take returns, just keep your receipt, or you’ll get store credit(which suits me just fine).
