I bought the deal on living social for mole/​skin tag removal. Thankfully I did not have all the problems everyone else seems to have! Only problems were the long wait and the others besides the doctor tried to hustle me for me other services, they made the do the body scale thing and tried to sell me some supplements, which I declined. As far as the procedure of removing a mole from my face, and 2 or 3 skin tags from my back, it was easy and almost painless. If youre going in for mole or skin tag removal, this place is good. Everything healed up well. I was told I may have a small scar on face, but it did not scar at all. I can now shave my face without having to shave gingerly around my mole.

I was recommended by one of my husband’s peers. Sadly to me, it was time-​wasting experience! No effect! The receptionist is RUDE!

于我而言，在解决具体问题时，他人的态度永远排在次位，结果首位。当两者都不占时，果断弃之。。我腿上起了一些痒疹，早上打电话，让10：30过去。按时去了诊所，结果11：30看上医生。客观说，医生态度不错，气质不错，保养不错，所以看起来很漂亮。对于我这种外貌党，很养眼。不足10分钟看诊，这也不是大问题，有经验的医生可能需要的时间更短。然而遗憾的是，开的药完全没效。是的！完！全！没！有！用！一种和阿莫西林混合的抗生素，一种什么激素胺。
我理解即使是同一种药，不同人的效果也千差万别。就当我不对症好了。
然而，在结帐的时候，我问大夫可否有认识周边的华人验光师，大夫说“知道一个越南裔可以吗？“我还没来得及回答，那个前台抢着说“她不懂英文”。拜托！我们有和你在对话吗？你不要说你接待非华人客户也是这样，太丢人了好吗？我觉得你可以先回家学学礼仪再出来。
好吧。我其实是想说，今天上午本来我要约和先生今年的体检。一通电话过去，转接三个人，没有一个人说“请”。国内好的公立医院服务也不这样了好吗？更不提那些私立医院私人诊所。当然这不是最重要的，最重要的是，因为我家有个1岁多碎娃要照顾，我先生希望可以安排在同一个上午这样我俩替班照顾娃同时体检。前台先是说需要间隔2个小时，在我质疑体检项目都有哪些需要这么久时间，前台又说那至少也要间隔1个小时。好吧？您家体检好高大上的！我还是转别人家吧！

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE RESULTS!!!
I went and got Restylane injected underneath my eyes before a VERY important event. I thought that because a «doctor» was doing the injections, that she knew what she was doing. I got the injections there on 11÷15÷13. As I look back, she did seem very unsure about what she was doing. They made me get onto a body scanner scale, which had NOTHING to do with the cosmetic procedure I was there for. Anyway, she obviously had NO experience, NO knowledge of how deep to place the product or how to inject it. I bruised very badly almost immediately. On top of this, the doctor knew she had messed up and rushed out of the room and LEFT me there for over 20 minutes. Scared? Ashamed? Im not sure. Someone ELSE came in to give me an ice pack and told me not to worry. I have tried to be nice and patient because I figured it would dissolve on its own. It has been more than 6 months and I still look bad. I have two pillows underneath my eyes and discolaration. The skin is crepy now and I am only 31 years old. Ive lost my confidence and now I have no idea what to do because Im scared to have any more procedures. This Dr. Hong, or whoever she is must be stopped.

I am a big fan of this place. The prices for B12 shots are very reasonable and they work like a charm! I can’t find them at this price any where else in the metroplex.
I also look and feel great. I used to have several health issues that have now dissipated from coming here.
They used to let you take your shots home to administer yourself, but someone hurt themselves and now they won’t allow it. I’m hoping this will change. I come all the way from Lewisville to receive shots here and am more than willing to sign a wavier. I like the staff very much! I have never heard of complaints or experienced any rude behavior. The staff has been nothing but helpful on my part and I will continue to get my shot from this facility.
This place is definitely worth a try!

This place has pressured every single time I went in for the lipotropic b12 shot to buy diet and «cleansing» pills that costs a thousand dollars. In addition, after the first two times I went in for the shot the rest of the 4 shots I purchased was watered down or something. I ALWAYS feel more energized or can taste the b vitamins in my mouth after my shots (no matter which company produces the vitamin), but after the first two I never had the same effect again. I recommend going elsewhere. (I am not a salesperson but for those that were as lost as i am as to who to try next: I recommend going to Bouari Clinic, they’ve been legit with their b vitamin shots even after I’ve purchase dozens of shots and they don’t do high pressure sales tactics, at least not with me. Shots are a little pricier but it works.)

For the most part, I enjoyed my first visit. It is a doctor’s office environment (not a spa) and the staff seems efficient at their jobs although they do need to keep their voices down when complaining about patients… they probably don’t realize just how much their voices carry into the lobby. No worries… they didn’t violate HIPA — they were not using a name.
Groupon:
I bought a Groupon that includes the shots + a body scan (which is similar to standing on a scale but it reads your body) that provides information such as body fat % and BMI, among other things. **feel free to PM me if you want to know more** After the body scan, the dietitian took me to a treatment room to review the scan results. The guy was really in shape so I imagine he knows his stuff but I felt he had a very difficult time communicating the information to me. I have pharmaceutical experience so it wasn’t like he was speaking over my level, he just needs to practice his delivery or something. Anyway, I left feeling slightly overwhelmed at how much he talked AT me but I guess it’s better than not having any consultation. I will hold my decision until I’ve had multiple visits
He administered the shot to my hip which was rather painless. Subsequently, I had itching, it’s been sore and numb for 2 weeks. I’ve yet to go back for another shot to allow the side effects to subside. I can’t definitively attribute the symptoms to the shot (even though the symptoms are in the shot area) because it felt like I was bitten by something but it never bruised it was only red and swollen. Anyway, I will discuss it with the practitioner on my next visit and report back to y’all. BTW: I take the Slim Shot from Diet by Design in my arm and have the typical soreness but have not had any side effects after 6 shots.
Lastly, they gave me a take home folder with a copy of my scan and said we would track my results. Impressive.
