I needed to wash 2 comforters that are too big to fit into my regular size machine at home. I never realized laundromats were so difficult to find in West Plano(anyone have a suggestion?) and I ended up on this side of town. This place is a freaking hole. No workers in sight. However, I was cheerfully greeted by a homeless man who had clearly urinated and defecated in his pants. This wasn’t the place for me and I was back out the door. Bye.

It’s a hole in the wall laundry mat. The inside of the building is pretty beat up with tiles falling apart and the walls in needs of paint. The back of the building has a little arcade setup with old old systems with burnt in arcade boxes. I stopped in just to wash a water proof matress pad that I couldn’t wash in my HE washing machine at home. The washing machine worked well and had no issues. It is kind of sketchy there, but I don’t have a problem coming back. They do have WIFI lol.

Bad, bad customer services… If you have this type of business? You should expect clients to finish their wash. If you have a sign saying that the last wash is at 9:00 pm! You should expect us to finish. Very rude service by the lady that clean the store, she was really rude to my sister and I. She didn’t let us finish drying our clothes. We got to the store at 8:45 pm to wash clothes, and by 9:30 our clothes were ready for drying, at exactly 10:00 pm time for closing she asked us to leave. First, our clothes weren’t dry yet, second, I can’t go to a laundry and not have my clothes dry and fold. She didn’t let us do either. Never again super laundry, never again. If I can give this places zero stars, I would definitely do.
