I love living in this community. I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now and Ir have zero complaints about this community. The front desk is flexible and good. I have gone through one of the toughest times in my life and Summer Meadows has been there for me. This community is quiet and respectful. Neighbors have hardly given me any thing to complain about.

Update: So after living here for 6 months, I will tell you straight up… the worst place I have ever lived. They evidently rent to tenants with mental problems and it is totally not safe here. I wish the city of Plano would close this place down for the racket they are.

I live here now. I wish I could give zero stars. So let me be very direct: you for sure do not want to live here. It is amazing how important the people in the office are, for making or breaking an apartment community.
So this place is in Plano, which is a quiet city. Overall this community is also quiet. But I have run into a situation where neighbors are not following the rules of the community and the front desk does nothing about it.
Maybe if Milestone ever sells this place, it might be worth a second look, but while Milestone is in charge, I would never consider it.
