History

Established in 1998.

I am a native of Dallas and received much of my medical

training in Texas. I completed my undergraduate

degree in honors liberal arts Plan II from the University

of Texas at Austin where I graduated as a member of

Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. I completed my

medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern

Medical School in 1988.

In order to broaden my life experience, I completed my

internship and residency in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose

and Throat) at Los Angeles County-​USC Medical Center

from 1988 – 1993. After completing my residency, I did a

fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the LSU Medical

Center in Shreveport where I stayed on as faculty from

1993 to 1995. Through advanced postgraduate work

and courses, I became a Fellow of the American Academy

of Otolaryngic Allergy. I have been in private

practice in this area since 1995
