A solid choice for our Chinese food delivery. They are quick and the food has always been fast and exactly what was ordered.

Always fast and good. They have low calorie options too. Take out or delivery only. The general tso’s chicken and crab rangoons are delicious! Been coming here for years and we love it!

The food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. I ordered the General Tso lunch meal. The chicken pieces were really small and the rice really lacked flavor and color. However, the sauce was pretty tasty.

Fast, cheap and clean. You can’t go wrong with a local, family owned business. This place is pickup and delivery only. If you work close by and have only 30minutes break and have forgotten your packed lunch, this is the place you need to call. Their chicken fried rice lunch special is not that bad. You can’t really complain with $ 4 lunch + tax and it comes with a couple of egg rolls. There were ample amount of chicken and veggies. You wouldn’t feel and taste like eating a whole bunch of rice stirred fried in soy sauce. I will definitely try other stuff on the menu the next time I forget to pack my lunch.

Worst Chinese food I’ve had. Received my order over an hour after placing it. Everything was stone cold and tasted spoiled.

Good Chinese food is hard to find in Plano. This was okay, I’d say better that the others we’ve tried in the area. Food was hot and the service from order to pick up with perfect, the only reason I’d give it 3 stars instead of 2.5. The steamed dumplings were good but a little soggy. Egg rolls were small but had good flavor. We got the happy family, fried rice and lo mien. The flavors were good but nothing stood out, but nothing was a wow dish either. The portions are large, except the steamed rice with the happy family, there could have been more for the size of the entrée. Over all, not bad for a quick fix but still looking for a go to Chinese place in west Plano. For the price and connivence, we’d eat here again, just not a regular

Really wanted Chinese food for lunch, Good Chinese front but they fell short. I ordered: Chinese Donuts: :-( BBQ Spare Ribs: Super Dry, Super Tough, and Tasteless. Pu-Pu Platter: The beef stick was REALLYGOOD, The chicken stick was GOOD, The egg roll was soggy, the rangoon was good. And if there was anything else in the box I cant remember it so it didn’t make an impression on me at all. :-( My last visit here, Hi and Bye Skillman Wok.

I had high hopes with all the reviews from Unilocal.Unfortunately, they didn’t meet the expectations. Maybe it’s wrong our expectations are so high, but Chinese food in the Boston area is almost always great. Here in the Dallas area, it’s definitely not. Tried the fried crab rangoons… very rubbery although the cream cheese/crabmeat tasted good. The hot and sour soup was excellent and got them the 2 stars. My sister liked her crabmeat and corn chowder soup too. The cho cho beef? Bland. As was the chicken fried rice, which needed a hit of soy sauce for some color help and taste. This is a take out only spot. Parking can get tight on busy days, but there is plenty just a few feet away. Doubtful I’ll return.

Having just moved to Plano from NoVA the wife & I are still in the process of seeking out some«go to» places, you know, breakfast, Mexican, Pizza, Chinese, etc. Neighbors recommended this place so we gave it a shot… We were running some errands so we chose to go, order, and wait… as others have said this is not an eat-in place… We were pleasantly surprised… Orange Chicken wasn’t all battered up and the Hunan Beef and Chicken were both pretty good. egg rolls = OK too… We will try some others but we know what we can get here and they deliver…

Great affordable Chinese food! This is a To-go and delivery restaurant only. The menu has so many options. You’re bound to find something you would like. Things I recommend are Lo Mein noodles, orange chicken, Hunan beef, beef &broccoli, and crab rangoons. The Lo Mein had a combination off shrimp and chicken. The orange chicken could possibly be the best I’ve ever had. Very flavorful entrée. Hunan beef is a spicy entrée that has lots of veggies. Beef &broccoli is one of my favorite dishes and the order I received here was great for the price. All the entrees include a side of rice. Lastly, the CRABRANGOONS! I don’t usually like cream cheese but these fried delicacies were surprisingly good. They were the one thing my friends recommend I had to try. If you want to eat well and have no time to cook yourself. Your best option is to place an order at Skillman Wok and pick up your order on your way home to save you time.

I used to order from the other location and was really disappointed when I tried the Coit location. The Mongolian Beef was more like Mongolian Onions– YUCK. I didn’t eat more than two bites of that. Also tried the friend rice and the egg rolls– both good and also pretty hard to mess up. Delivery took forever.

Delivery at peak lunch time was fast and easy! Food was hot, fresh and tasty; delivery guy super nice. Finding lunch delivery for free with only a $ 10 minimum order was a bonus! And they don’t use MSG.

Finding some yummy Chinese spots in Plano! This one is no exception. Ordered takeout here… shrimp with broccoli, the fried rice and crab rangoon… all delicious and fresh! I was starting to lose faith in finding good Chinese spots in the DF dub but this is definitely one to check out! They have been around a long time too… good sign.

I work nearby on Legacy and my team has had lunch delivered from here nearly every week for 3+ years(so my review is based on 100+ orders). I do agree with other reviewers that their egg rolls aren’t as good as when they changed management a couple of years ago, but overall portions are great and the food is tasty for the price. It is Americanized Chinese. As with any restaurant, quality and the spiciness of a dish can vary from week to week but they’re pretty consistent. They are really good about custom orders(spiciness levels, no/extra vegetables). And the few times we’ve had errors or subpar food, they have been excellent about delivering a replacement entrée. My favorites: * string bean chicken(excellent low-carb option, ask them to sub extra green beans for the rice) * sweet & sour pork(the pork is NOT dry as so many places are) * sesame chicken(slightly sweet, always a safe choice when I don’t know what I’m in the mood for) * mongolian beef(sadly not on the lunch special menu) * general tso’s chicken(very flavorful and medium spicy) * pepper steak(I don’t even like bell peppers but the sauce is wonderfully thick and beefy) * cashew chicken(when I’m in the mood for something crunchy) * mu shu pork(plum sauce is excellent but pancakes = flour tortillas) * egg drop soup(good but not the best) Popular with my coworkers: fried rice and chow mein. Several like to order a little container of hot sauce(sriracha?).

Pretty good food. They have great service and ate very efficient. Even if you forgot what you ordered last time they well have it on file. This isn’t a sit down joint but if you missed Chinese delivery from another region they are sure to bring back memories. Favorites: beef n green bean, fried rise, egg drop soup, curry chicken

Ordered the China Town Special and the fried dumplings. The food was subpar at best. Nothing special. I eat plenty of chinese food(authentic and americanized alike). I would’ve given this place 1 star had it not been for the following. The owner is nice and Asian. Service was prompt. Also, prices are decent. This visit, they only charged me for the entrée. Perhaps there was some deal going on that I wasn’t aware of but that earned them the extra star. Also, I reserve the right to try other entrees to see if they are any better. Location is not easy to see. I just tell people that’s in same square as First Chinese BBQ.

Been going there for years. I love their curry chicken, yummmy. It’s not a sit down restaurant, just a pick up restaurant, but that’s what makes it so effective. You’re in and out within a few minutes.

Numerous dishes and appetizers have been consumed by my brother and me and much of it was before I gave any regard to my physical condition. Thankfully nothing has changed over the past several years as of a couple days ago. There may be some rambling here but I have to include everything. The good: — The food here overall is quite good as long as you know what(not) to order. — With most dishes, nothing is overcooked. The vegetables(broccoli and carrot most notable) are crisp and fresh. — Beef here isn’t a grisly grade H or something, and the shrimp is juicy — Big portions of entrees and rice — The seemingly watery hot mustard is hot enough to melt the grey matter and nasal passageways of a dozen stout Unilocalers — Long list of items here whether it’s appetizer, entrée, or even soup. The crab and corn chowder will not be mistaken for anything canned, reminds me of creamed corn … especially good on a cold day — Wings here are some of the best ever, crisped up good on the outside and they also have chicken sticks if you prefer thigh meat on skewers instead. As far as the crab rangoons go, well theyre better than Pei Wei for sure — more STUFFED The bad: — If the chicken is stir fried the white meat can be dry(but if it’s deep fried as in Tso’s Chicken its pretty good) — Shrimp given the deep fry here tends to be heavy on batter, stay away — As most Chinese goes the food is sometimes on the salty side The other: — Those who are fans of «Americanized» Chinese food will still be able to get some of their faves here. — Calorie counts of most dishes are given on the menu, but that doesn’t include rice or eggroll — Skillman is TOGO and DELIVERYONLY 2 other dishes stand out for me here. Shrimp and broccoli, well those are the only ingredients and I covered those earlier. Mongolian Beef is prepared with plenty of bamboo shoots and green onions(the whole length). That is a good savory dish there.
