When I started my practice over seven years ago, it was with the intention of helping my neighbors and friends with their legal problems and to play a role in our Justice System, my community and society. Our Justice System however is based on the adversarial process as an underlying principal.

Whether you look at the lack of a logical immigration policy or the attack on you and your family’s civil liberties by the tough on crime mantra; the inequities and failures of the system are readily apparent. It is clear that the only way to maintain our civil liberties and preserve the American Ideal is to have an advocate on your side. That is the only safeguard from abuse of power.
