Happy with my first lash extensions. Jackie was nice, the experience was relaxing and painless. Only once did I really flinch. I assume she had to reposition a lash that had already begun to dry. She didn’t explain and I didn’t ask. She noticed I was getting cold and covered me with a warm blanket, which was appreciated.
I asked for full but natural. Nothing too long and not sparse looking. I didn’t want those long giraffe looking lashes. She used the strong glue and I didn’t have any issues. After 3 days they are holding up well. I use the lash combs daily and have worn minimal eye makeup.
I think I do want them shorter when I go for a fill. They hit my glasses and I am too lazy to always wear my contacts. I’ll keep going to Jackie for sure.

Mary Ann is the best! I found her a year ago and I have never been disappointed. I have went through dozens of salons and I finally found the right place.

Spent over $ 200 on their recommended products but the haircut was just average. Nothing fancy that dramatically changed my look. Won’t return. Products sold at the salon are not bad but expensive, so make sure you know the price before buying.

GREAT experience. Last minute on a Saturday, decided to see if I could get my hair done. I called at 1:30 and Serenity worked me in for a 4:30. Maryam was fantastic! She will be the only one touching my hair, from now on! She listened to my undecided ramble on what I wanted to do with my hair. She gave me excellent suggestions. My hair turned out better than I hoped. Maryam was attentive, gave an excellent scalp massage during shampoo (my favorite), and my hair looks soooooo good! I have gotten so many compliments. I was very hesitant to ever highlight again, but Maryam listened to my concerns and did not fry my hair or turn me bleached blonde. The salon itself was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough!

Booked a blow out for the same day and they were able to get me in same day. It was average, they gave me curls I have long hair. But they do have Nice customer service. They also have suites where technician can give facials, do eye lash extensions.

Great job ! Renee did a fantastic job on my curly out of control hair .I walked into the salon looking like my hair was parched and lifeless .I walked out with beautiful conditioned hair. Good job Renee! I am very happy and I am real picky.

From dark brown to blonde! This was my first time ever bleaching my hair, I was nervous and concerned that I would have damage to my naturally curly hair. Renee listened to my fears and took her time to kept my hair healthy. she such sweet person. She did a awesome job!!! No damage!! I look forward to seeing her again.

Geez-​us, this place is rated highly, which is why I went there, and the owner is super nice and spent some time talking to me and recommended Leah, what a mistake. First of all, I rearranged my entire day to make our appointment time and then when she saw I was there, whispered something to the receptionist-​another 10 minutes passed before the receptionist told me the person before me had highlights and someone didn’t schedule enough time for them so Leah was unable to do my hair. That’s my first impression? Someone couldn’t have called me an hour earlier to tell me this? They wait until 15-​minutes after I arrive to tell me? They offered another stylist, but Leah had suggested a cut, and It took me a minute to even work up the nerve to do that. This was my first time there! How rude.
I didn’t expect anything, but something more than sorry would have been appreciated. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST. Besides, the place is always packed, loud and constantly chaotic. I can get that anywhere, and it doesn’t cost anything.

I had a great experience at Serenity yesterday afternoon. I dropped in to find a particular hair product and the person at the front desk spent several minutes helping me identify what would work best with my hair. He even stressed that if the products did not work to my satisfaction, I should bring them back — no questions asked.
His is Bijan (pronounced Bee-​jan)… excellent customer service and hospitality!

I went here for the first time last week to get highlights and all over color. I left extremely disappointed with the end result, and the next day decided to phone a manager to see what my options were.
I spoke with the manager, Sheila, several times over the phone and she was wonderfully professional and understanding. Though she was not the one responsible for my color, she took full responsibility for my happiness and was proactive and insisted that I come in at my convenience and she would make sure I was happy with a new stylist and the correction of my hair color.
So today I went and saw the stylist Renee. She talked with me and was dead set on knowing exactly what I wanted before she started mixing anything. Sheila came over what or I was in the chair, and both her and Renee made me feel so at ease and confident that my hair was going to look great. And they were right. I am so, so pleased with my hair now.
Sheila’s attitude and empathy for the salon’s clients and Renee’s attention to detail and skills have caused me to do a complete 180 on this salon. I will definitely be back!

Amazing color & cut!
Gayla did a fabulous job from start to finish. I arrived with brassy drab blonde hair and was transformed into a beautiful blonde with a chic cut. Gayla was very attentive and did a thorough job with my color and cut. I highly recommend Gayla!

Really solid salon. I get my hair done with Andree. She does an amazing job every time. She’s got a knack for knowing when I’m not taking the best care of my hair and makes recommendations to help get my hair healthy again. Prices are a little high-​ish, but I think you’re paying for the quality and level of experience of the stylist. Happy to have found a good salon so close to me.

I have since stopped using Gabriel at this salon. Disappointed that the quality of service for my money went down, and I don’t like my money or time wasted!
Had to return to have hair recolored because grey wasn’t covered and roots uneven. And my hair takes color easily. Also had to return several times for amendments to cut as I couldn’t seem to get certain areas of hair cut like I like… yet other stylists could get it done to my preference.
Too many times there was no receptionist at front desk and had to wait and wait or go around and wave down own stylist to let them know I’m there.
And in my last experience after color redo, I was allowed to leave with my hair styled so badly I looked worse leaving than when I entered. And in the natural light it was obvious he colored my hair darker, likely to make sure grey covered. But this shouldn’t have been necessary, and I don’t want nearly black hair!!! And I was ill that day, and I don’t have desire or energy anymore to ask my salon to treat me right and make sure my hair looks great when I leave.
Why do places and people u regularly see often become complacent or sloppy? I don’t want empty hugs and air kisses. I want great looking hair done how I like it. And by the time they’ve seen me six or more times, I should be consistently happy. Don’t they realize u will eventually take your money elsewhere? Keep your step up and I will be a faithful client and tip well.

So I was a bit iffy about trying a new hair stylist and I’m so glad I did. Gayla is amazing at what she does. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair! Every time I go everyone compliments I feel like a movie star. She’s amazing :) She’s so good at blending in color, she’s a master at hair. I would recommend her to the whole world and I’m kinda of a picky person! Trust me going to her you won’t regret it! All my friends ask me where I do my hair and go to her now and love her! She’s a sweet person as well. Great service love my hair :)

Spent four hours to color and cut my hair! Almost 490 later, have a greenish/​grey hair color that makes me cry and my kids cringe asking me to wear a hat ! Horrible! And the best is they knew it was horrible and basically shrugged and tried to play it off, don’t go there!

Gabriel did my hair today and he is an absolute miracle worker! I was growing my hair out for a couple of years now and had not cut or colored in all that time. Needless to say, my years of chameleon hair coloring had taken its toll but I was starting a new job and really could not leave it the way it was.
Gabriel really listened to my ideas and we discussed what I did and did not like about the pics I brought in. He brought my hair back to its God given color and treated it. He then gave me an amazing layered long cut that, to my surprise, actually made my hair look longer! He really pampered me as he rinsed and washed my hair… sooooooo amazingly chillaxing!
I cannot recommend Gabriel enough and the salon is very nice. Highly recommend!
