Seay Child Care Center managed by Bright Horizons

I have only used this daycare once, as they have a «sick kid» daycare option, in case your daycare does not accept kiddos until 24hrs fever-​free. They are wonderfully nice, and seperate the sick babies by symptoms, with a maximum of three babies per person. At the time (October 2015), the price was $ 15/​hour. I highly recommend. Only wish there was a closer location to me in Richardson.

Went here for the free car seat installation and safety check. The ladies working were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They are very specific with their recommendations and do not work with the after-​market extras (think seat savers, piddle pads, mirrors). While I appreciate the explanations and top safety recommendations, it was quite overwhelming. There’s so much that is sold and recommended when registering for baby and then the safety recommendations restrict everything!
I’m so glad that I went so that I could get that information and make the best decisions for a safe ride.

I never leave reviews on these sites but I was googling my child’s center and noticed the other Unilocal review with the bad review and I just had to speak up to defend this wonderful center. I have two kids here (my oldest is 5 and my youngest is 15 months). Both of my kids have been here since they were 9 months old. This center is FABULOUS! The staff is so caring and every teacher welcomes my kids with open arms and loving hearts. My five year old loves going to «school» everyday and is so smart. Their pre-​k program is awesome. He can already tell me what even and odd numbers are to 10, count very high, he is starting to read small words and he knows a ton about science and computers. My 15 month old’s face lights up when he sees his teacher. They stay on top of his diaper because he has a tendency to get diaper rash. They wash his clothes of they get dirty. The food they serve at the center is healthy (my sons loves the day they get hummus and veggies. They have a fruit bowl In every class and are welcome to eat fruit if they are hungry. We tried leaving the center for a few months to try a cheaper Montessori school closer to our house and after three months of disappointment with the other center we came back. This place is worth the money! I love having the video system where I can check in with my kids online. I love that sometimes when I check in my baby’s teacher is on the ground letting all the babies attack her especially my son who loves to give lots of kisses! :p they have a very low turn over as well. Most of the teachers have been there for years.. They are constantly proving enrichment programs and social events for the kids Go take a tour and see for yourself how amazing, clean and loving this center is.
