I absolutely adore Kim from nails by K&m. I’ve been going to her for over 5 years I live in Addison and happily make the drive every two weeks for my standing pedicure and nail appointment… kim is highly skilled and extremely personable not to mention affordable I never feel ripped off or nickel and dimed she’s so accommodating, often coming in on her days off or staying late to accommodate my hectic schedule she’s great with my son and meticulous in her methods… over time we’ve become friends I often call it my therepy nail session lol love Kim you have to give her a try you’ll never go anywhere else!!!

All the doors are locked, you must be buzzed in. I didn’t even see a receptionist. Therefore, if you’re wanting just a walk in service, you can’t. How people get their clients? I don’t know, but I certainly want to know who is cutting my hair before I waste my time making an appointment with someone I don’t even know what they look like

My reason for writing this review is to give my HORRIBLE opinion on one of the stylists here. Don’t EVER waste your time or money by giving your business to Victoria Miller. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional «business» woman. She is a friend of mine’s cousin, so I decided to give her a try and what a mistake that was. I had texted her to make my appointment, and once we figured it out she said she would call or text me the day before as a reminder. Well, she never did. So the night before my appointment, I texted HER just to make sure we were still on for tomorrow. She NEVER responded. I called in the morning… no response. I don’t hear from her all day, and then I get a text from her after 3 o’clock PM, when my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM. She didn’t apologize for never getting back to me, she didn’t even acknowledge it. She said «what are you wanting to do to your hair again?» I replied telling her I just wanted a highlight and trim and asked AGAIN if we were still good for the 4 o’clock appointment. And guess what… she never replied. What a JOKE. The lack of professionalism absolutely kills me. Salon on the Creek should be disappointed in itself for allowing such a rude and flaky stylist to represent their company.

Marc Andrews Studio is the only place I will go. Nobody better!
