Tried this place on a whim, as we don’t live in the area. Clean, not a lot of loud music. Atmosphere looks friendly. Tommy, our server was excellent. Attentive without being fussy. Food was excellent.

Love their seafood! Seasoned well, not bland, nice size portions and the drinks are on point. Its smaller than the Campbell location, but closer to home. Thanks for the Veteran’s meal! Delicious!

I ordered scallops. They were decent. Their selection of fish was rather limited and because they had peanuts at the door, they get 3 stars, not 2. A one and find place for me, ideal for people who like chili’s, TGI Friday’s and Olive Garden chain places.

Not bad food, but not great either. I wasn’t particularly impressed with anything, and everything seemed a bit over priced.

Must have the Rockfish Special. Absolutely delicious. It is a spin on Eggs Benedic and it isa winner. We also enjoyed the shrimp cocktail that came in homemade pico and advocado… also a winner.

So glad we came to this place! We’re just getting out of town for the weekend and found this great joint! The place is cool, food amazing and the wait staff attentive! Try the crab cake appetizer – best I’ve had!

Today was my first time at the Plano location. I go to the North Dallas location at least once every two months. This location is much smaller, but it is clean, uncluttered, and very cozy. The staff are friendly, and we didn’t wait long at all for our food. I ordered the clam chowder as an appetizer. Let me tell you something for real… I grew up eating food from the New England states,(I’m from NYC, so I didn’t have far to go to get it), and the clam chowder was soooo good, I thought I was back home on the East coast. Then, my mom and I both ordered the shrimp and grits. Sugar pie honey bunch, I had to check the chef’s feet to see if he stuck one of them in our food! I ate slowly so that I could savor every bite. I haven’t had shrimp and grits that good in a long time. This restaurant gets two thumb up, 5 stars, and three snaps in «Z» formation. P. S. if you are fortunate enough to have Lynn as your server, be very grateful. She’s so sweet, and she consistently checks to see if the customers are ok. I KNOW I’ll be back again.

We’ve eaten here twice and have been totally pleased with both experiences. It’s not a huge location, but we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table at late-dinner time(around 8). They have great evening drink specials, with a specialty cocktail(which varies by night) for $ 4 after 8. One night I had the watermelon margarita, another the hurricane. Both were great! I ordered the salmon(not the copper river) from the daily fish selection both times. The first night I tried the Pontchartrain sauce, which was very delicious. The second visit I had the lemon butter sauce – let me tell you, this sauce is better than any lemon butter you’ve ever dreamed of. It’s creamy and tangy and luscious. An excellent pairing for an excellent cut of fish! It was served with 2 sides, I did green beans and mashed potatoes. Both were tasty! The service was fast and courteous as well. I haven’t tried the recently added Copper River salmon(which I hear is exquisite), but if you’re looking for salmon on a more modest budget you can be assured their regular fresh salmon is incredibly good. It’s flavorful and well seasoned. Overall a great place at a great value!

The trout was cooked perfectly with a lemon butter wine sauce on the side. The grilled asparagus was just like I like it. The house margarita on the rocks was perfect! Definitely will be back!

A veeery nice little place to have lunch! :) The place is little — comparing to other Rockfish chain restaurants, but it’s much more community spirited — all folk’s talking to each other and laughing all the time. Love how they give you a bucket of peanuts and peanut shell is like everywhere :) They have some fresh catch always on their blackboard — try something fresh! Or just try my favorite — fish tacos!

awesome place for lunch and dinner! their crawfish is fresh and the size is pretty big! the regular Cajun style is very satisfying. also try out their soup! my favorite is the New England clam chowder. it’s very creamy and… salty… I guess that’s where the flavoring comes from. there is enough clams in the soup so a cup is definitely worth it! I heard their pasta is good too so will try that next time! watch out for their crawfish deal on random mondays! like I went on May 11th2015 and it is buy one get one lb free. but there wasn’t this deal last week. so look out for it if you are a crawfish fan like I am!

This is really good southern style seafood. The fried catfish is my favorite! Their hush puppies, French fries, and Drinks are very good as well! It’s a small place & fills up quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you like seafood, I’d recommend this place.

Too many restaurants and so little time. We have been going to this restaurant chain in different locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for many years. Consistently good service and food across all the locations.

I just come here for their crawfish. The other stuff on their menu is okay. Oysters over priced regardless whether they’re in season or not. 16.99 dozen. 8.99 half.

I’ve been getting their clam chowder here for years and I can’t seem to find better around here! Theirs is exquisite! I had an order to go, got the chicken Cobb, clam chowder, and key lime pie. Chicken Cobb was pretty okay. If I wasn’t feeling so frugal, I would’ve gotten their salmon which is great with their Lemon caper butter sauce. Ok service which is why I gave them 3 stars. But I always come back.

Seafood experience in Texas just keep getting better. This small chain delivers big taste with low cost. The tower which has sushi grade tuna and chucks of crab is a good stater for two. The cedar plank salmon is one of their favorites and after taste it i can see why. Tender fish with crispy edges, the Cajun spice blanked shrimp and roasted corn salsa added extra body and flavor to the combination.

Ahh, fresh seafood prepared well :-) I ate there twice and both times I had the New England clam chowder, which came fast and delicious. I followed it up with a Tilapia dish that was well prepared and tasty. They have a decent selection of craft beer, plenty of seating, a couple TV’s that are not too loud and some good competent servers who can handle themselves when it gets busy.
