Courteous, knowledgeable staff that don’t try and push you services that you don’t need — an experience I’ve been through at countless other auto repair shops. The place is very clean as well. I needed an oil change and they got me in and out within 35 min. Will definitely be returning.

Convenient location. Very helpful assisting with why my ‘Check Engine Light’ was on. The personnel appeared knowledgeable, friendly and returned my automobile within one hour. I plan to return for future repairs, and automotive needs.

Just went to this place, to ask how much they would charge for a 4 wheel Alignment on my 2006 Honda Civic. I had just installed my new front struts and new rear upper control arms.
The Manager there said they could not touch my car because I install my own Parts.
BEWARE People this is not a good business. If only Unilocal had zero stars.

I would definitely bring my business here and recommend it to others. Although I was not a customer, I had a really refreshing experience today with a mechanic named sachin (probably spelling that wrong). My mom called me that she was stuck in the parking lot of the post office with her engine overheating. I drove over there to find her key stuck in the ignition and the temperature gauge well past the red zone. Smoke was coming out of the hood and coolant had all leaked out onto the concrete. I called AAA and got an estimate of about 50 min despite our urgent need for help. Luckily I spotted this place and quickly drove over there to find help. When I explained the situation to the mechanic he immediately came with me to where the car was parked to help. I am so grateful that there are good people like sachin in the world. I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of mechanics, so I tend to not trust most of them, but the people here are genuinely good. Thank you again to this kind man!

Great crew and great staff. I’ve received nothing but top-​notch service every time I come in here and this is my auto shop of choice now.
I’ve been coming for 1 – 2 years to get my oil changed, and have since added more and more of my automobile work to these guys. They’re not always the cheapest, but they are honest and they won’t try to up-​sell you on bogus work. I’d honestly rather pay a slight premium for good honest work rather than try and get the cheapest deal only to pay the price of doing so later.
I just had a bit of body work done by these guys on my car after Sam offered he could do it at a low price. He kept his word and charged exactly what I felt was a discounted price on body work and did an EXCELLENT job!
I don’t usually post a lot of reviews, but with all the bad reviewers that are giving a piece of their mind against this establishment due to some bad situation, I feel obligated to tell the good side to these guys.
They’re great people and do honest work. Give them a try, I’m recommending them to my friends and family!

If only Unilocal had zero stars. My dad and I walked in to an empty waiting room on what you would think would be a busy Saturday and were not even acknowledged by the man at the reception desk. When he finally looked at us, without saying a word, my dad asked how long for an oil change, while observing many empty bays in the auto maintenance area. We were curtly informed that it would be 30 – 40 minutes before he even began. There are too many places to get an oil change in this city. Have some courtesy. We left promptly and went someplace else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had my car towed to this location due to my needing my crankshaft position sensor replaced. I brought the part already and was quoted $ 129 by Sam for the repair with diagnostics included.
After they got my car in, I was informed they had to change the starter in order to do diagnostics and couldn’t go forward without doing so. I had to convince the to just change the part I sent it in for. I was then told it would be $ 300 by Sam, the same guy who quoted me $ 129 earlier for the repair AND an additional $ 49 for diagnostics. I refused and demanded the initial quote. He not only fought on it and said he never said that, but HUNG UP ON ME. I received the car still broken the next day and paid what I was originally quoted. After taking it to a different mechanic, we found out that the part I had gotten replaced by this location, the crank shaft position sensor, had been BROKEN upon their «installing» it. I had to have the part fixed by my new mechanic.
If you are looking for someone to charge you out the wazoo, call you a liar, and break your car parts, then this place is perfect.

The interior facilities are clean and nice. The front guy could have been more welcoming, but he wasn’t rude. I came to cash in an AC and oil change Groupon for $ 59.99. It took about an hour (which I feel is a decent time frame). They changed the oil, put a sticker to remind me on the windshield, and my AC runs well now! I was very happy with this purchase!

I do not recommend this place. I bought a Groupon for an oil change. I checked online for their hours and saw that they close at 6:00. Great! I get off work at 5:00. I rushed over after work, made it by 5:35, only to be told they see their last customer at 5:30. Why show online 6:00? Why not just say you close at 5:30? A big waste of my time. Luckily, Groupon gave me a refund. I’m not wasting any more of my time or money on this place.
