I specialize in Central Texas style Barbecue.
The beef, pork and poultry rubs are of my own making and of the highest quality spices always fresh for the day of service. I am set up in the old central Texas German meat market style. All meat is by the pound and served on butcher paper but you can order an 1⁄8th pound if you like. I cut all of your moist fresh meat right off the pit to your order. Slow smoked till the meat is done! Brisket, beef ribs, pork spare ribs, pulled pork, homemade beef sausage and smoked pit beans. I also offer my own sauce that compliments both the beef and pork equally well!
