Personalizing-It

I would not recommend this business. We have gone there on several occasions in the past and never had the problems that we did this time. First, we ordered 14 t-​shirts for our grandchildren. We were given the date of Dec. 5^th that they would be ready for pick up. On the 6^th, as we were on our way there, I decided to call and make sure they were ready, only to be told that the shirts had not even arrived from their vendor, and it would be several more days. No one called to inform us of the delay. Leo, the owner, called us on the 12^th to tell us the order was ready. We told him we would be there the next day to pick them up. On the 13^th, we went by only to find that we were short one shirt. Sky, whom we been dealing with the entire time, asked if we wanted to take the shirts. My husband asked if he would have to pay the balance of the order and she told him yes. He said he wasn’t paying for merchandise he hadn’t received, and he would wait for the entire order. All we got was, «Sorry» multiple times. I asked if Leo was there and I was told, «No he isn’t. Sorry.» We left and hadn’t been home for more than five minutes when we got a call from Sky informing us that our order was ready. She never told us that they could make it while we were there. Otherwise, we would have just waited. We were not happy! Today (the 15^th) my husband went by after work and was told Leo would be in after 5:00. He walked around the mall, went back at 5:15 and was told Leo wasn’t coming in at all today! Another young lady offered to call Doris. the co-​owner. My husband spoke with her and explained everything and was told that Sky had informed her that we did not want Leo called the night we were there, which was a lie! Doris did give us a discount and tried to make everything right. When my husband got home, while checking the shirts, I found the invoice with, «Leo, this customer is angry. He says that one 5T/​YXS is missing and he refuses to pick up/​pay until finished. «My husband did not refuse; he was asked if he wanted to pay for the order. The problem we have is she is making it sound as if we didn’t have a right to not pay for something we did not receive. Their work is great and the prices are great, but it’s definitely not worth the frustration and aggravation from this inept employee.

I really hope this shop stays around. I’ve finally found a place to get my son’s stuff embroidered! Doris was very kind and professional and did everything she could to make sure my product was done correctly. I was happy to see they do so many different things there from uniforms to personalized wrist bands. Now I’m thinking about taking my letterman’s jacket in to have it even more personalized. It’s been 25 years since I’ve worn it but now I can afford to make it unique!
They are located in front of Dillard’s in Collin Creek Mall so go there and get your embroider on!
