They made me pay extra for USPS services, ship the next day. I get that is their policy even though it’s not a great one. When the package arrived it had postage due of $ 1.50. That’s pretty bad to miscalculate by thst much especially if I am already paying more., The oils, and other stuff in the store are way overpriced. I won’t be back.

I’ve been going here for years for all my shipping needs. The customer service and family feel is what keeps me coming back. These ladies always take care of business with the best attitude– they’ve helped me ship hundreds of packages and I’m thankful they’re so close to me.

They are always so helpful when I go in to drop off my packages. I’ve been here twice for a quick in and out and that’s exactly what I got. They also have toys to buy, and some gadgets if you are a bum and want to walk in pick something and have them box and ship it.

I had a HUGE shipment I needed to make for a client– 47 heavy boxes. The ladies at Pack & Mail Shoppe were so helpful and wonderful. Not only did they help me haul in all these heavy boxes, they took care of all the labeling and did it all with smiles on their faces. This is my new favorite place to ship!
