Very frustrating to spend 20 minutes on a survey the company won’t honor due to the store being 30% off. The manager could of done an override to service me
” The customer”, but instead spewed policy. We are talking $ 7. Service should always override an unhappy customer experience!!!

This store is always very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of great sales and signage everywhere to guide you. My recent trip the item was in back and they took time to find it. Good shop with a clean bathroom as well FYI! Always a plus.

Nice layout. Convenient location if already in Plano or getting off of 75. Otherwise, a cookie cutter Old Navy. Clean, well stocked and sells overpriced branded merchandise.

Newly remodeled old navy has a nice layout feels nice bright and new. The only bad part of the remodel is the awkward fitting rooms in the middle of the store.
I usually only go here to buy clearance clothes for the next season. However, sometimes they offer lots of great deals on basic items.
Sign up for email list. They often give out 25 percent off items occasionally. Also,
usually has lots of links to coupons as well.

I have always loved Old Navy. For staples, it’s pretty reliable. I came here today to get some half-​priced pjs! The pjs are cute, but the line is crazy long :(
