Five Stars for talking to Nick the owner and he even accomodated us same day for a unit that was frozen up and low on freon. Great customer service, fair prices and a good all around company! I’ll call again, the first time I called a few months ago I called and he assisted is in troubleshooting the issue vs. A costly service fee. I would highly recommend this company as he was very honest in his business practices, indeed you will all agree this is hard to find!

Nick was fantastic! I had just purchased a home and walked in to find the AC not working. He came over very late on a Sunday and got everything working. He has since text me to make sure everything is still working well. I would highly recommend him! No need to look any further!

Love these guys! Had them again when a/​c wasn’t cooling. Could have taken advantage of me but identified a broken wire (done by yard men) on my old system. I’m on their semi-​annual check up schedule. Super honest. You’ve found the right company… just call them! I have one really old system (and one newer one) that they keep repairing!

Last week, I had some guys come over to clean my air ducts. Something went wrong, and my HVAC went out. It was midnight, and have a 7 month old at the house, and it was getting cold. I called these guys up, and mentioned I had a daughter and Dragan was on his way.
Dragan was awesome, he basically rewired my entire system. Got everything up and running, and even took a few pictures of my serial information in case I needed parts in the future.
Nick then followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. Really impressed with these guys, and Dragan specifically, he was professional, and explained things in detail when I asked. Awesome service!

I don’t write reviews very often, but with Nick’s air I got to because they will get to the bottom of everything to solve your problems with your system and explain to you why, also offers services (even free diagnostic I can’t believe it!!!) and equipment for a very competitive price, look at the reviews the man’s reputation Speaks for himself, the bottom line is if you want a used car salesman call other HVAC companys out there, if you want a real HVAC technician that will get you taking care of give Nick a call.

Okay…29 degrees this morning, little granddaughter spent the night, get up, no heat! Called Nick at 7:38 this morning and by 10:30 we have heat. Now it is Sunday… total charge…$ 75.00. Plus HONESTY!!! It was a clogged line. Nick’s general manager explained it all to my husband who is a general contractor… even told him how to prevent this! He could have told us anything but once again, Nick and his staff… HONEST! Cannot say enough good things about him!!!

Great experience with these guys. I came back from the holidays and found that my downstairs furnace was blowing cold air. I called Nick and left a message and he called me back within the hour. He was out of town, but told me that someone would contact me soon. As promised, I got a call from Dragan quickly and he told me that he would be there in about thirty minutes. He arrived on time and took a look at my unit and determined that something was just clogged up and needed to be cleaned out. He did this very quickly and my unit was working again.
I would have paid a premium for such fast and helpful service, but the total bill was just a service call, which was $ 75. I couldn’t be happier with the price or the overall experience. Nick’s Air Services was quick, polite, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use their services again.

I’ve had issues with my 21 SEER Lennox A/​C units. I used a couple of other HVAC companies but continued to have problems. I read reviews about Nick’s and had them come out. They were extremely responsive and reliable. Dragan Tadic came to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the problem A/​C unit and found the problem to be a dead capacitor. He had a replacement in his truck, installed it, and cold air was back.
Unlike other companies, they don’t try to upsell with prepaid periodic service maintenance. They simply call you twice yearly to ask whether you would like to schedule a check-​up of your units. I would highly recommend this company.

Nick and Dragan were great! This morning, we woke up to the heat not working. I called Nick at 7:40AM and he answered immediately. He sent Dragan to the house within 2 hours of my call, and it was fixed 45 minutes later. (Part needed to be replaced.) I received great service from both Nick and Dragan, and will definitely be using Nick’s Air Services again for my heat & air services. :)

No heat just as the temps are predicted to go down to the 30’s. Called at 5:13, Dragan came right over. System back up and running by 6:05. It doesn’t get any better than this! Would recommend these guys highly.

After doing extensive research on Unilocal,due to being ripped off by a fence & deck contractor, I called Nick in September when temps were still near 100 degrees and my AC just up & stopped blowing cold air. Nick was able to send Dragan within 2 hours of my calling in the afternoon. Great communication! He ran a system check. When nothing was found improperly functioning, he immediately noticed a wire to the electrical outlet was frayed & showing wire, causing a shortage in the fan motor. He replaced the wire and the AC has been working like new ever since. He even told me when leaving that he wrote down the model number of my AC & would have it in the system in case it stopped working over that weekend. Dragan was awesome! So nice & expedient in repairs! I have definitely found my new heating/​air guys! Fantastic job Nick’s Air Services! More businesses should operate like you!

We noticed our A/​C was not running correctly at around 10:00 pm. With temperatures expected of 100+ degrees the next day, we immediately called Nick to see if we could get him to come out the next day. Nick called back within 15 minutes and offered to come out that night. We weren’t in dire straights for the night, but Nick did come out the next morning first thing and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Very professional!

We recently sold a home, and due to renovations that were done on the house in order to get the home ready for sale, the buyers asked for the A/​C to be serviced, for a small fix to one of the air filter enclosures, and all of the ducts in the home to be cleaned.
Nick went out of his way to be helpful, in my opinion, and provided exceptional service. Since he was not able to clean the ducts himself, he actually conferenced in another company during our call, sat through the whole thing, and made sure that I was able to get someone else out to perform the work in a quick and timely manner.
For the service of the unit and air filter fix, he did it timely and cheaply, and only charged me the amount of the service fee (didn’t try to sell anything else). After dealing with multiple service people and contractors while trying to get the house ready for sale, I was SO impressed with how responsive he was, and how he actually honored his appointment time. I also appreciated the fact that he texted me for certain things, including confirming the time the technician would arrive at the home. I found it very much easier to deal with certain things over text message (including providing the address of the home), than trying to relay all of that information over the phone while at work.
Overall I was very impressed by Nick and his technician, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Once again, Nick’s Air comes thru!
My upstairs unit stopped working a few days ago. I called Nick’s to schedule a technician to come out and see what the issue was. Nick himself picked up the phone, I explained the problem, and he told me what he thought the problem was. He told me how I could fix it myself today or it would be at least a few days for a tech as they were swamped with work.
I went out and bought the parts that he recommended (a switch and a capacitor). I installed everything (I took pictures of everything to document what went where) and installed them. It still didn’t work. So, after many phone calls with Nick, I had a electrician come out to check that I was getting full voltage to my unit (I was). It turns out that I had knocked a wire loose on the switch when I was installing the new one and that the capacitor was bad.
Nick’s Air is the model for what every service industry business should be.

Nick’s Air Services is my HERO! My best friend’s AC went out on Thurs (on a HOT day too) and the next morning, Nick’s went out and replaced it… with no extra ‘rush’ charges and a very fair price. Nick is such a sweet guy too… so caring and kind. He is ethical and fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I am a Realtor so I see all kinds of companies taking advantage of people in ‘dire straits’ like this… but NOT NICK’S! He will treat you right.

Moved into an older home that had an interesting addition that had an interesting air conditioner configuration. Had two other A/​C guys out — no help at all. Nick came and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a jiffy for less than $ 100. One of the other guys even said he thought we needed a new unit. Rick said it was fine. Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday right before a big ice storm was going to hit. No extra fee for coming out on a Sunday evening, Nick was there within 2 hours of my original call. Turns out we needed to get the whole furnace replaced :(. The new furnace was installed and finished by 1pm Monday, the next day.
A few things that I really want to point out about our experience:
— I called on a Sunday expecting places to be closed, they were there at my house very quickly, no extra charge for the time of day (evening)
— Monday morning all the roads were icy/​light snow and it was 25 degrees out, but at 9 am Nick brought the new furnace to us — the warehouse they were planning to pick the furnace up was closing but he called this morning to make sure someone was there to give us the furnace so we didn’t need to wait a second day
— everything was finished in just a few hours, they put tarps down to protect our carpet
— pricing was VERY fair
We had a really pleasurable experience and felt like he genuinely cared about us, we’ll definitely be continuing to use this place if we have any issues with our AC or heater (again) in the future.

We called Nick when my mother in law’s air conditioning died. Her original air conditioning service gave her an estimate 5 days to come out for a second eval to repair her stuff because «it’s summer we have a lot of calls». I called Nick and sent him over to her house. He had a whole new unit installed in her house the next day. Another excellent service with him.

I told Nick our HVAC needed servicing and insulation. He agreed to come check everything out but instead of simply taking our money for the insulation he told me that I could easily buy that stuff and take care of this myself, for much less money!
He was very kind and very thorough as he walked us through everything, explaining how everything worked and what to look out for. I feel so much more confident about our purchase and my ability to keep our heating and cooling running smoothly and efficiently.
I’m also confident that should we run into any trouble in the future, there is an honest, hard working, ethical and moral company just down the road. Thanks Nick!
