For those of you who are tired of the busyness of Heena Salon but also dont want to pay $$$ for SOI, New Balliet is a really good fit. The owner is really nice, they are very clean and hygenic and there’s never a line! Their prices are similar to Heena Salon so its $ 4 for eyebrows. I think they also spend more time on shaping the brows rather than trying to rush you out of there. They also do facials, etc. But I haven’t tried that yet.
