While many reported issues are easily resolved and explained, some may not be. That knowledge will assist you in making an informed decision regarding your purchase and may actually save you thousands of dollars in unplanned expenses arising from any unknown conditions. Our detailed reports include full color pictures and a clear description on the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Communication with the clients is key to a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.

We are available 7 days a week, limited to 2 inspections per day, thus allowing ample time to thoroughly inspect each home.

History

Established in 2013.

We have been inspecting homes since 2013, we also have been in the Texas residential/​commercial construction and service business since 1978. We have had extensive training and experience over those years and are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Real Estate Inspector. Along with the National Swimming Pool Foundation for pool and spa inspections. So with that experience we know how and why each system and component of a home is critical to the complete structure.

We also know how Texas weather and past maintenance can effect the performance of the property. While we don’t open up any walls or ceilings we can see signs of movement or component failure.
