Incredible color selection and flawless pedicure! Deluxe massage pedi and a pair of havaianas ran me about $ 100 with tip (sigh…forgot my flipflops at home and rushed in after work). The attention to detail is amazing!!! The nail techs are prous of their work and it shows. Super posh, relaxing and fun. Definitely will return!

Jennifer– she did a wonderful job on the pedicure and manicure. I tried the paraffin treatment for foot and hands. I love the smell. It’s a very different process then the regular «dipped your foot in this bag», it’s all individually package. So clean and fresh very time.
I will mention that the massage that comes with the paraffin pedicure isn’t very long– so if that is what you are looking for make sure to upgrade to get a longer massage. I got the manicure with gel upgrade also.
Along with services, Jennifer recommended bunch of products, eye cooling treatment, lotion and scrubs. Which I purchased all! I am a product junkie :)

Had THE best experience today at the new MiniLuxe Plano. Let me start with the most important thing — everything is CLEAN– this is what they pride themselves on. No double dipping in the hot wax, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Amy, she’s awesome! Super relatable and knows her stuff. I followed that with a deluxe pedicure from Lilly, which was flawless and last, but certainly not least, I got the fantastic deluxe mani from Talia, who was super sweet and used their alternative gel polish which dries in 5 minutes. Did I mention wine? Yes! They offer complimentary hot tea, water, and wine. As soon as one person is done with their mani or pedi, they swoop in and really clean the stations and all the equipment is autoclaved. Great job ladies! I’ll be back!

I’m a REALLY big fan of their polish/​gel hybrid. I believe it’s their exclusive line of polishes that is applied just like a regular polish, but after five minutes dries COMPLETELY and can be removed with regular nail polish remover. I actually got nervous after my nail technician came back to check on my nails after the 5 minute timer went off and literally pressed her fingers hard against my nails because i thought they were going to be ruined! To my relief and surprise, the nail polish had completely set. You could’ve basically gone about living your life without even realizing you’d just gotten your nails done 5 minutes ago. Only after a solid 2 ½ weeks did my one of my nails chip around the cuticle just a bit. And that’s impressive considering how much I use my hands, whether it’s hand washing dishes or manual labor at work. There is a $ 10 upcharge for using this regular/​gel hybrid polish though.
Compared to other nail salons, this place is a pricier, but I believe you do pay for the quality and upscale atmosphere. It’s very chic and pristine. Plus, by decorating the entire salon in white, you know they’d have to maintain and clean the place often (or else it’d be really obvious)! I know you can get regular or gel manicures at really affordable prices nowadays. BUT, if you want to treat yourself or have an upcoming event/​trip where you don’t want to worry about whether your nail polish will chip at all, I highly recommend this place, especially their polish/​gel hybrid. Plus, many salons will charge you for removing gel nails because it’s a tedious process, but with their hybrid polish you won’t have to waste money on that because it removes just like regular polish!

I have been to mini luxe 3 times now and have definitely decided that this is the kind of place that I would choose to go to if I can’t get in anywhere better or with my regular manicurist. Mini luxe has earned the last place I would go on my list. It is an overall mediocre experience. The salon is very clean and they go out of their way to show you that they implements are sterilized each time. The overall atmosphere is ok. The most comfortable looking part is the little waiting area at the front of the salon. The pedicure area and the manicure stations are not comfortable at all. The pedicure bench doesn’t lean back and the manicure chairs are kind of like cheap lawn furniture. I usually always get a gel manicure due to my profession. They offer a vegan gel that is very difficult to remove. On my last visit, Lily removed my gel polish. She was very aggressive in buffing the top layer of gel before applying the acetone pad to soak off the gel. When she came back to remove the remaining polish she was very aggressive. I just don’t see the point in their vegan polish if they are damaging your natural nail to remove the gel. CND shellac may not be vegan but it comes off much easier and comes in much nicer shades that have better coverage. Strangely they use the CND curing light. Also the dazzle dry that cost an extra $ 10 that I chose for my pedicure comes in some really bad color choices. If you ask for water they bring you a regular size glass that is only filled 25%. I mean really?! I had to ask for at least 3 refills the last time I was there. Also they are definitely on a time crunch. Move them in and out and it is kind of obvious. To end on a good note the manicurist that I have had on all 3 visits, Q is very good. She is very professional, courteous and detailed.

The WORST, worst place I have ever made an appointment for –I usually I go to pampered soles (only the best in Dallas) but I wanted to try this place since my gf said something good about them –so she booked me for a 5 15 today. I got there 45 min early. TEN minutes before my scheduled 5.15 appointment this couple comes in and said they are running late for theirs. The lady sits them down –comes to me, and said we are running 15 minutes late (bullshit!) After waiting there 10 minutes I asked her, are you going going to push me back at 5 30? She said yes. Would you like to reschedule? F that. I Walked out!!! They should have told the other folks that came in late that THEY have to wait now.
Trust me pampered soles is the best in Dallas. So mad grrrrrr. #miniluxeworstcustomerservice

Super calm atmosphere, bright lighting, plenty of color options, variety of services, affordable price and great people. It’s located in the shops at legacy where there’s so much to do. If you pop in here, id also plan to get a bite in one of the restaurants and shop around the stores.
I got a manicure and pedicure which were both done just fine. I did enjoy my pedicure more but I think that’s generally how most people feel. I got a gel manicure and it lasted without chipping or peeling for a few weeks which was as expected. My pedicure was done in a similar color but used a polish that was similar to gel in that it lasted longer than normal polish but can be removed with nail polish remover. My toe nails are still looking great even now.
The staff here is incredibly nice. They offer complimentary wine and hot tea. Everyone was in a great mood and very attentive to all customers. Janel, the manager here was very involved, greeted all customers and offered refreshments. She also told me about options for services I can do with my bridesmaids which they offer in miniluxe or can come to where we are. She’s amazing!
The atmosphere is great here. Very high ceilings, giant windows allowing plenty of sunlight and soothing music. They also offer a variety of other services like waxings and cosmetic treatments. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done at their west elm location which Jillian is the best at. I’ll definitely try out other services next time I visit.

Dang, y’all. MiniLuxe once again has won me over and proved that they are amazing. Not only did I attend a Unilocal Elite event there last night, but I brought my friend there for gel manis today. She was soooo impressed with how posh and nice everything is. The attention to detail I received from Gia was spot on. The girls at the front desk greeted us warmly and treated me like I was their best friend or something. And my nails look amazing, of course. Afterwards we went across the street for lunch where my friend managed to chip her freshly painted nails and they were able to fix it up for her within minutes. Oh and since it’s Wednesday our gel removal was free! I haven’t seen this advertised on their website or anything but they said they do free gel removals every Wednesday! Awesome! So glad everything went smoothly and I will definitely return to MiniLuxe at Shops at Legacy soon!

What a cute salon! Came here and received a polish refresh during an elite event and really enjoyed my experience.
The glass doors, white walls and accessories say «classy» all the way! Although, I do sort of feel for the staff who have to keep it clean. I can’t imagine. Consider it a good cause ladies, ’cause I sure did feel good!
They open as early as 7 am and close at 10 pm for those of you who’d like to drop in before or after work, or a flight.
My technician was Thalia and she was the sweetest! I’m totally biased, but I think I had the best one! Shout out to her. Now I know she got paid to be nice to me, but I think some of her kindness was on the house, folks! Yup. Team Thalia over hurrrr! *raises roof*
The West Village location is much closer to me, so I’m likely to visit that one unless I’m in the area. This location is quite lovely though, and highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of being here for a Unilocal event and could not be more pleased. GIA was so patient and did an exceptional job removing old gel and putting on some clean new polish. Nails never felt so good! They take pride in the sterilization and cleanliness of the salon which I’d have to agree with! A wide variety of colors polishes to choose from and a patient staff to fit all your mani pedi needs!

I got the best Brazilian wax done that I have ever had. It is worth what you pay. I went here to get a wax and here if u get any wax service it includes the waxing up to your belly button. I was slick and smooth and it lasted over a month for me. I loved the service I had. Most places skimp and miss stray hairs but they take their time till your satisfied. It was relaxing and wasn’t that painful. I will definitely be back in the future.

I had an excellent experience here last Saturday. I experienced Miniluxe’s first location months back (West Village), but there is something to be said about experiencing their wonderful services by my lonesome… on a regular day outside of a busy event. This was a particularly relaxing, enjoyable experience because this location recently just opened (their second in Texas). Not surprisingly, just like their other location– except a tad more intimate — , it upholds the same high standards of cleanliness, customer care, and high-​end products (hybrids, designer polishes like Chanel and Louboutin) that really make it stand out from other nail care salons and spas.
Complementary wine, champagne and tea flow while knowledgeable staff help answer questions and explain your services/​treatments. Janel, the manager, was exceptionally professional, hospitable and friendly and helped me book services for my bridal party this coming May. Nail tech, Jenn was awesome, gave me the best foot scrub and massage and helped me choose a hybrid nail color that was long-​lasting, animal-​cruelty free, and organic.
I also got an eyebrow wax, under eye cooling treatment and a bikini wax from their wonderful esthetician whose name unfortunately I cannot recall.
All of this– and an absolutely beautiful, chic ambiance for an affordable price. I’ll be back.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, cool color wall! Amy P., the esthetician is AMAZING! Waxing skills are on point. She is fun, professional and extremely knowledgeable. And was very impressed with their 3 step sanitation process. CHECK THEM OUT

There’s is no other salon like minilux. Their service is thorough and very sanitized. It definitely doesnt smell like the typical salon because they dont do acrylic for the health safety precautions for their nail techs. They guide you through each step of the way; tell you the tools are sanitized before they use it on you, make sure you like the color on your nails, shape you nails to your preference, and just very conversating in general (which is nice because you don’t get a lot of this in nail salons). CC was very knowledgeable about nail treatments and products. My nails are thin and rigid and she knew exactly what types of products to use to help that. I chose minilux nude polis for my toes and nude gel polish. Minilux polish was pretty opaque for a light color. CC did a great job with making sure the polish was even and dark and there were no streaks. I love the atmosphere even though it’s in a smaller space. It’s very modern and chic. They offer complimentary beverages just like other salons and can host large parties. It’s such a convenient location because it’s surrounded my retail shops and restaurants and especially because it’s a 5 minute walk from my apartment! I will definitely be a regular. Did I mention they also do full body waxing? Another plus!

As soon as I walked into Mini Luxe at the Shops at Legacy I knew this wasn’t going to be your «typical» nail salon by the modern clean look of the shop. I have my nail guy that I have been faithful to for years, but he doesn’t do pedis, and the jury really is still out on the best pedicure in Plano. I have bounced around from place to place and have finally found it here! I wasn’t slapped in the face with the typical chemical aroma and loud noise of employee chatter like a usual nail salon. They have an alternative nail polish and gel that boasts an ingredient list that includes less chemicals than your typical polish. HUGE BONUS. I’m trying to be more health conscious and I really appreciated finding out that this was even an option. The receptionist greeted me upon entry and even showed me around. I love gel pedicures since they last the full month and I was pleasantly surprised by the color selection. She walked me back to my chair and introduced me to Kareemah, my nail technician.
Kareemah was extremely thorough and pleasant, asking me about my nail shape preferences and whether or not her level of pressure was too much. A gal can really appreciate a company that prides itself on customer service. There was no pressure to get you in and out of the chair, at Mini Luxe it’s all about pausing and really taking a moment to pamper yourself. I loved the lemon citrus scrub! Huge bonus, especially in the winter! My legs and feet still feel moisturized 9 hours later! The gel polish was applied flawlessly, no careless mistakes or inperfections. Perhaps the biggest selling point was the fact that everything was sterile. Packages were opened in front of you, which rarely happens in my experiences and even if you are you sometimes find nail techs reaching for tools that come out of a plastic bag, jar, or cup. Here you don’t need to worry, their cleanliness and organization is meticulous.
As previously mentioned, no there are no massage chairs as I sometimes find them to be old, dirty, and ineffective. Those are really not a selling point for me, and the chair was actually quite comfortable and had a cubby for you to put your belongings and arm space for your purse and a drink. Ah yes! Wine in the middle of the day with no judgement! Another perk! If you are in the mood for a relaxing, QUALITY nail service this is definitely the place for you. I will definitely be back!

Mini…“Luxe” …Shops at Legacy. I fail to see the point of recommending or returning to this nail salon. Yes it was clean as is their featuring claim. Great! Autoclaving ur nail tools is not a novel or unique idea.
First of all you get ur pedicure in an uncomfortable plastic chair. Forget reclining or relaxing. Why anyway? There is no calf or foot massage… or is it just a sad excuse for one?
It’s boring… there’s not one TV to stare at… I’ve had more conversation with someone who didn’t understand English than my experience here. Basically .I got a below average service here… not enjoyable at all !!
***Bottom Line Take Home Message***: Go somewhere Else!!! Are you kidding me??? Are you kidding me? Are you freaking kidding me???

The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I enjoyed the walk-​thru of the color wall and the different variations of polish they offer.
Jennifer was amazing! Best pedicure I’ve had in awhile. She listened to how I like my nails cut and shaped; everything came out perfect. Definitely recommend making an appt with her!!!

Same attentive and skilled service as the uptown location without the drive. The color wall has an unexpected array of brands and shades. The staff helped me decide on a nail colors and offered a beverage. Loved the shape of my nails and the undetectable nail repair.

After frequenting their West Village location for months, I was excited that they were expanding to Plano. It goes without saying that the level of cleanliness, customer service, and attention to detail they have in their West Village location has been brought to their new Plano space. Management and staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is positive.
I can’t recommend Tuyet enough for a gel mani and pedicure, she has years of experience as she previously worked in their Boston location before transferring over. My gel mani has never lasted longer, I’ve always struggled with manis fading quickly but she just knows her stuff. She’s also so sweet, makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
