We took our granddaughter here for lunch and play time. The food was great. Fresh, hot and well made. Lots of kids on the play area having lots of fun. I wish more McD’s had the play area. Both the restaurant and the play area were clean and well maintained. We stayed longer than planned because she was having so much fun. We will be back.

This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint, whether is by getting your drink wrong, forgetting to put the sauces in the bag, cold fries, completely getting your order wrong. It never fails. There is always an issue when we go here. I’ve tried to talk to the manager, and I got shoved aside, I’ve tried t contact corporate but I don’t have time to sit on hold for over an hour before speaking to someone. I understand that this is a fast food joint but I’ve been to other McDonald’s that have made me feel like I’m eating at a true 5 star restaurant. When you bring anything up to their attention about it being wrong, the employees talk down to you and treat you like you don’t know what your talking about. I’m pretty sure I know the difference between a spicy chicken sandwich and an Asiago chicken sandwich, one is spicy the other is not. And these are the people fighting for $ 15 an hour. Remember to put two things of honey mustard in my bag before you fight for $ 15.

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter and I came in today before 6 pm. The dinner rush hadn’t even started yet – inside or at the drive thru. Despite this fact, the folks behind the counter ignored us for five full minutes to attend to other tasks and the drive thru, even as people began lining up behind me. I understand that sometimes things happen, but we should have been acknowledged at the very least. When one of the kids finally turned around to make eye contact, another customer tried to bully his way up. I said very clearly in front of him and the cashier that we had been waiting for several minutes and he could get in line to give his order like everyone else. It would have been a perfect opportunity for the cashier to acknowledge the long wait and the fact that everyone in line was angry at that point but still, nothing. I ordered a happy meal and a value meal and sent my daughter to play while I waited(you can only expect a five year old to be patient for so long) and waited for our cups for long enough to listen to the woman behind me order before giving up and going to check on my daughter. When I came back, what absolutely sent me over the edge was watching them hand the other woman’s order to her – an order that was IDENTICAL to what we had ordered. And once again, we were made to wait several minutes while they got our order together. When they finally got out order together it was missing cups. I asked for them and the young woman giving me my food actually rolled her eyes at me. I am floored by the immaturity and, frankly, incompetence of the staff. Further, I was not given a receipt nor was one left on our tray so I can’t even leave a survey asking for contact from a manager. We will not be returning here again. I will be letting all our local friends know to avoid this location.

Normally, I’d never give a McDonald’s a 4 star review. But as Chris B. mentions, this one is consistent. I’ve had a little better luck than he has without them messing up the order. The staff is always friendly and quick. Parking can get tight when they are busy.

My neighboorhood McDonald’s– been here a million times. The playground is good for my son. The yogurt parfait is great for the price($ 1.00). The steak, egg and cheese bagel is generally good. On the whole, they have consistency. I’ll continue to go here when I have to– but I’m still pissed that I have ordered(two times) a SAUSAGE Egg McMuffin in the drive thru, only to get to work and discover canadian bacon. I even called the comment line and left a voicemail and never heard anything back. Look, don’t ask for feedback if you aren’t going to do anything with it– that’s worse than not caring at all.
