Great experience. No dilly dallying. You walk in, fill out a few lines of paperwork and in you go. Pet peeve of mine is going to a doctor’s appointment and you end up waiting for up to an hour to see the doctor. Not here. So efficient. Dr. Eidem is friendly and outgoing. Staff is very efficient. I was in and out in no time. Excellent service. All doctor’s offices should be run like this one.

Well, I can’t see myself writing a review for a colonoscopy BUT this experience was truly uneventful and Dr. Eidem had me out of the waiting area and out the door in less than 2 hours, 1 of which I was in «dreamland»! All the staff from the check in administration to the nurses to the OR staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Love to say I will be back… but not for 10 years!!! :o)

I cannot compliment Dr. Eidem and his staff enough! When I consulted with him about my colonoscopy and endoscopy, he was very thorough with his questions. I felt completely comfortable with him doing my procedures. He had performed my husband’s endoscopy the year before and found he had cancer of the esophagus. The physicians at MD Anderson commented that they were very surprised he found the cancer as it was so small. He is a very kind man and has a very comforting bedside manner. I would highly recommend him and the Preston Crossing Endoscopy Center. I dislike being put to sleep for procedures but was completely confident with this group… especially Dr. Eidem.

Dr. Eidem and the staff at the Preston Crossing Endoscopy Center were all wonderful. This was my first colonoscopy and Dr. Eidem was very reassuring and polite. I would recommend his service to anyone. My procedure was done on a very busy day, and he remained patient and thorough.

Dr. Eidem is extremely patient and carefully listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t rush through or hurry up, and makes you feel so comfortable through out. The staff in this office are friendly and helpful.
