We have used manatron for repair services for equipment repairs for 18 years. I have found the technicians to be skilled in a variety of repairs. What makes Manatron hard to work with is that after you take the time to fully explain what is wrong with your equipment and even send pictures, the technician comes an does not have an inventory of parts to fix the problem. You then go back on the schedule and can wait several days before you are back on the schedule. This is very frustrating and leads to long delays in fixing your equipment. I fell there are 2 solutions that could be considered. First give the technician parts to fix the problem on the first call. If not… then commit to have a technician back with the part within 24 hours.
