Coming from out-​of-​state I went to several doctors before finding one that I like. I chose Dr. Chong because she was recommended by a family member. Her office is in a nice area, it’s is clean and professional, fairly easy to get an appointment and she is pleasant. I also like that the office is open on Saturdays. I subtracted one start for the office staff. When ever I have called (2x in 4 months) they rush to just get me off the phone… I have been told on both occasions that I would get a call back, that never happened. Calling almost feels pointless. I kept this doctor when I switched insurance carriers because that is what matters most, the actual doctor.
