Meet the Business Owner

Adam L.

Business Owner

Adam is a founding and managing member of Litwin Law Group, PLLC and is admitted to practice law in Texas and Florida. He graduated with high honors from Florida State University, College of Law, while competing on the Mock Trial Team. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rochester. Before starting his own practice, he worked at Haynes and Boone, LLP, one of the nation’s top law firms, where he represented a range of clients (from start-​ups to multinational companies) in corporate finance transactions including private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to being an attorney, Adam is an actor, screenwriter and producer. His passion for entertainment law is fueled by his love of the industry and desire to help fellow artists protect their rights and make their dreams a reality.

Adam is a member of the Entertainment Section of the Dallas Bar Association and Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is a
