Laurex Realty Advisors was originally founded as Laurex Realty Advisors in order to provide commercial real estate portfolio management for high net-​worth individuals. Eventually, its mission was expanded to include brokerage, development and financing. Now, Laurex Realty Advisors boasts clientele from all across the United States. It’s breadth of experience ranges from multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and land. Through its affiliation with the CCIM network and the fact that the founder is a CCIM Instructor, the company has access to commercial real estate experts in all aspects of the industry and throughout the United States.

Alex J.

Business Owner

In his role as President of Laurex Realty Advisors, Alex Johnson oversees the operation of the various divisions related to commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, management, development and consulting. Alex brings a family legacy of more than 30 years in real estate investing. He is experienced in the areas of medical office, multi-​family, retail and development. Alex is a licensed Texas real estate broker and experienced in commercial finance. He is also a CCIM instructor and CRE course provider.

After more than 14 years in management and sales, Alex founded Laurex in 2002 in an effort to reduce his time on the road and help others invest in real estate. Alex holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Alex has served on the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) board and is a former President of the local North Texas CCIM chapter. He is also very active in the community serving on a variety of boards and committees. Alex also serves his church.
