Kelly Cook – State Farm Insurance Agent

Met Kelly personally at Summer Cut last year, at a State Farm booth. I needed renters insurance and she got me all squared away. She’s also working with me to buy a house sometime in the near future.
Her staff has been nothing but courteous any time I’ve called or emailed with a question and always get back to me in a timely fashion. I’ve only been called once on a cross-​sell as another reviewer labelled it. I already have a life policy through work and they are really good about taking my answers seriously when I’ve explained why my car policy remains elsewhere. I’ve never felt bothered by any of Kelly’s staff. In fact, Kelly is focused on customer service to the point of brining me account paperwork at work from Plano to Irving! Love her!

I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for 10+ years and just moved to Texas from CA. For some reason, this firm strikes me as more of a outbound telephone sales company than a trusted financial services provider. They called/​texted me 3x in less than a month to sell me a life insurance policy when I told them I’m not interested. I’ve actually had to transfer my policies to another State Farm agency due to the lack respect in honoring my «opt-​out» request for cross-​sell calls. The most amazing part is that even though I’ve already transferred my business, they CONTINUE to keep calling me with life insurance deals. I’m at a loss for words, but can’t imagine why any professional would trust Ms. Cook and her team with a basic auto or home policy if she can’t seem to keep her own staff in check. I dare you to respond, Ms. Cook.
