Julie has been a licensed loan officer since 2003 and holds licenses in CO, KS, NM, OK and TX. Julie’s customers benefit from her talent for attention to detail and effective communication throughout the entire process. Her area of expertise has always centered on the ability to analyze and recommend the best programs for each customer’s specific circumstance. Julie has a passion for world-​class service and educating consumers on the home buying process.

Julie has been named a D Magazine Best Mortgage Professional 2012 — 2015, a Five-​Star professional 2013 — 2015 and was ranked in the top 150 loan officers in the nation by Scotsman Guide for most loans closed in 2012 — 2013. Additionally, in 2005 the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development presented Julie with a Certificate of Excellence for her outstanding work and commitment by helping first time homebuyers achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

Julie came to Texas in 1973 and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a bachelor’s degree in Math/​Computer Science. Julie has two beautiful children, her daughter who graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Marketing, working in Austin TX and is getting married in March 2016 and her son who received an appointment and has graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y. with a degree in Marine/​Nuclear engineering working as a 3^rd engineer aboard Merchant vessels around the globe.
