Definitely one of the better Jimmy Johns in the area. Bread is almost always above my expectations. The owner is present almost every time I’ve visited. Great place to have lunch or dinner, the food is quality and the restaurant is always very clean.

Order a sandwich for delivery. The guy taking my order apparently doesn’t listen very well and went to the wrong apartment complex; different than the address given. It took 30+ minutes for a sandwich to be delivered a half mile away. Pretty poor customer service and the manager did a poor job handling it.

My sister was in the Plano Presbyterian Hospital after giving birth to twins… when leaving hospital we were worn out and starving. We located this Jimmy John’s via Unilocal and called the location literally at closing time, 10 pm, to ask if we could still grab a couple sandwiches to take home. The staff and manager were closing down but still took our order and saved us from greasy fast food! Thank you so much to those employees for excellent customer service and a the tasty sandwiches! Thank you!!!

I have tried to give JJ numerous times to be awesome… no more. What a waste of money. Nothing special about anything here. Bland sandwiches. The one star can go to the bread that is fresh. That is all. How unfortunate.

While the food may be good and the delivery FREAKY fast, the accuracy sometimes lacks a little, sometimes a lot. I work for a company that has several buildings, each building with its own address. Technically, each building is on a different street with its own entrance. I keep asking to have my delivery made to the building I work in. The last three deliveries have been made to the wrong building. One was even made over a quarter mile from my office. the driver sounded very put out when I pointed this fact out.
I guess I’ll start bring my own lunches from home more often. At least they will get delivered to the write office building

When we moved in July, we were moving quite a bit away from our favorite Jimmy Johns location & were eager to try this one out. The owners and the staff are always quick, clean, & friendly. They deliver to our house, & we never have to wait more than 5 minutes, so that’s an added plus! We eat here far too often, but I’d recommend them to all.

Yes, its a sandwich shop, but always fast with your order. I usually get the Unwich which fills me up quite well, no bread needed. Employees are friendly and have always shown me great customer service.

Best Jimmy Johns in town! Friendly, Fast, and Tasty! Can’t get any better than this. The crew knows how to treat it’s customers and they also know what it’s like to be fast!
