The owner Aldemar has a great deal of expertise and impeccable taste. He has created and collaborated on several custom pieces with me now, and I fully intend to send my husband to him for future gifts :)

Poor customer service — delays and one excuse after another. In the send I took the rings, paid up and had to take to another jewelers to modify. The extra baguettes he put in both rings along the side rubbed against the other the fingers on either side of the ring. The engagement ring had three sharp edges inside the ring. I know for sure that he didn’t put the right diamond baguettes back in the new wedding band. He is not trustworthy in my opinion. The modify to remove the four baguettes on the two rings and smooth out the sharp edges, cost me another $ 800.00. AND the rings spin around now and I have to go to a third jeweler to correct than.

About a year ago I brought in a new Michael Kors watch for a battery. They did not seal my water resistant watch properly after inserting a battery so when it got wet my watch flooded with water. This stopped all functions of the watch. I took the watch back for this «jeweler» fix his mistake. He had my watch in his possession for almost three months trying to fix it. When I picked up my watch the specialty dials were still broke and the second hand no longer worked; however the time function worked. I obviously will no longer take this watch or any of my watches or jewelry to this «jeweler» to fix. I recently had to take my watch to another jeweler to replace the «new» dead battery I bought at JB Jewelers and the new jeweler showed me how my new watch is now full of rust and will no longer run. Thank you JB Jewelers for ruining my new Michael Kors watch with your incompetency and lack of knowledge about jewelry.

I’ve purchased some higher end jewelry here, as well as having simple repairs. Adlemar designs some absolutely beautiful pieces and is a joy to work with. I no longer go anywhere for jewelry, whether it be a watch battery or a custom designed diamond piece. I trust JB Jewelers and have been exceedingly happy with their work.
