Jason’s Lawn Service

I signed up for their weekly lawn service program on March 24^th, and was immediately charged for a single-​time service that month (to be mown March 27^th) and the following month’s full rate.
They did not mow my lawn, as promised and paid for, on March 27^th and I had to reach out to them to determine why. For the next 8 days I would contact them and they would inform me they were still running behind. Only after I called them, did they offer to credit the $ 30 for the week’s service I’d never receive to my May bill. I can only assume if I had not called them I would never have received compensation for that charge.
They did not mow my lawn the following Friday, either. This time they did email me, late in the afternoon, to let me know they’d not be there to service my lawn. They did execute a full refund after I demanded it, but nobody called to apologize or offer anything better than bare minimum customer service.
