Meet the Business Owner

Derek V.

Business Owner

Derek is CEO and Founder of IT iKonix Studios, LLC. Derek’s career in web design and development spans over the last 12 years. As a Web Development Project Manager, he oversees the day to day operations ensuring each web project is launched on-​time and on-​budget.

Prior to founding iKonix Studios, Derek worked for Perot Systems as an Exchange Administrator. Derek also served 7 years in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1999.

Derek studied Computer Science at Austin Peay State University, in Clarksville, TN before continuing his education at The University of Maryland in Europe.
