Hollywood Feed – Plano, TX – Coit/Legacy

We’ve had our new puppy for 2 months, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We had tried our first food with him, and it didn’t agree with his stomach, so we were able to exchange it, no questions asked. They are warm and friendly with us and our dog, and very knowledgeable with all the different brands. This is now our go to place for food and treats.

Hollywood feed has great customer service. When I first walked in, I didn’t know what to expect. I asked for my regular puppy food and they didn’t carry it. However, they said they would not only order it for me but that they would start carrying it on a regular basis. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve been greeted with a smile and a friendly attendant ready to help. I have a cat and a dog and found the selection of quality dog treats and toys is very nice. I also found the prices to vary. Some items seem to be a little high but most are competitive and they have the best prices in town for dog crates and gates. Definitely recommend them. m

I really enjoyed my time in this Hollywood Feed location. The ladies working shared with me that it is still pretty new. I happened upon it when I dropped my pup off to be groomed next door and wanted to get her a little treat.
The customer service was fantastic and they have a lot of items that are actually better priced than buying them online! For instance, we buy Fromm dog food and their prices were comparable and even a little cheaper. This will be our go to place for food.
I would highly recommend stopping by this location. You won’t be disappointed!

I am so happy I found a local pet supply store that has a fantastic staff, healthy food options, the WALL of toys, plus all the cute dog stuff you need around your house. I can’t wait to go back and buy more goodies for my fur babies. I recommended the ducks feet my pups loved them!

What a great find. We saw their commercial on TV and thought we would check out the goat’s milk. My wife did a lot of research about goat’s milk before we went to the store. When we got there we found the customer service to be the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly sales folks here. They love to have your dogs visit the store.
So, we made our second stop in two weeks for so more goats milk. Our 10 year old Lab had a fatty tumor on her side that we have been watching. It was a bit smaller than a golf ball. After 2 weeks on the goats mike it has reduced to about the size of a small marble.
We are working on some different kibble to address her severe allergies. Hopefully we will have similar good results.
Bottom line, this is not like the big name Pet supply stores. this is more like a local, friendly and helpful store that really cares about your pet. Check it out!

First of all i want to start by saying that the staff there is extremely friendly and amazing. If you are a first time shopper there they will immediately greet you and start to help you out on your shopping. By far the best store i have ever been to, no other place has helped me out like they do. I will recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Just want to say thank you guys at Hollywood Feed and keep up the amazing work y’all offer.

This store just opened up a few weeks ago (it’s where the old Radio Shack used to be at the Southeast corner of Coit and Legacy). The staff is extremely friendly and welcomed our two dogs as well. They have a great selection of healthy dogfood and snacks and have a frequent buyer program too with many of the dogfood brands. Their prices were quite reasonable and they price match too. They also sell duck feet — which they gave us a complimentary piece for each of our dogs and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed them.
