Not only did I get what I asked for but the price is more than reasonable! The owners were friendly and courteous. The salon was clean and tidy. My nails look flawless.

I do not recommend the eye brow wax, it’s not high on the revenue list for the company and felt they didn’t pay attention to detail. Bed was dirty and had to request a clean sheet.

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I would never recommend this place to anybody so please do yourself a favor and don’t bother to be robbed by this place. I had allowed my eyebrows to grow for about 2 weeks so they would be nice and full and I wanted them to be shaped nicely for an event this weekend. This is convenient for my job so I went on a lunch break and I laid in the room in the back for my wax the woman who came in was nice and I allowed her to go ahead and wax my eyebrows I told her that I have a tool at home where I normally trim them but I’ve been letting them to grow now for 2 weeks. She hands me the mirror and I put my glasses on and when I look I noticed that they’re two completely different shapes. She started argue with me and said that it was my fault because maybe I shaved too much off I told her I had not touched my eyebrows in
almost two weeks and she was the first one who had done anything to them and they were crooked. I even told her the pink area on my skin was her pulling with the wax. It was so obvious. I asked for the manager and she said she was the owner I told her I’m sorry but I cannot pay for this because they are not the same size and I even took a picture of my eyebrows and I showed it to her and I zoomed in to show her the difference of the sizes and she said no this is not what I have done you did this to yourself. She then started to accuse me by saying that I probably didn’t even have money to pay and that I came in and I was probably trying to get an eyebrow wax without money. I told her I didnt have an issue paying. I told her let’s ask somebody else and let her decide I approached a woman getting a pedicure and I started to ask her what she thought and the manager came behind me and started to over talk me while I was simply trying to get a third opinion and then she starts
speaking in her native language to the woman performing the pedicure and they both start laughing and I told her this is not fair for you to say that I didn’t have money to come in here and you know what that is so offensive to me as a consumer. I left and said this is my first and last time ever coming. I should have filed a police report for her accusing me of trying to get a service without having money and the way she discriminated on me. Just because I am not Asian does not mean you get to treat me this way. I will never go again.

I’ve been here a number of times and they do an «ok» job. Mylar recent visit I was told it would be «a few minutes». I left after 45 minutes. Not one person even acknowledged me.
A little honesty goes a long way. Rather than lose a pedicure, they lost a customer.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Usually a quick manicure is a good thing for me but the lady took less than 15 minutes to complete an entire gel manicure for me. I asked for nails to be cut even as I had broken one nail. Some of mine were chopped way shorter than I came in and some were still longer than others. I corrected her crooked filing when she walked off myself as I didn’t want manicure to be a total waste — if only I got a discount for filing my own nails. The lady touched each nail with cuticle tool as quick as possible (barely removing any cuticle) and I got «Just a little lotion» and 2 second hand rub. If your looking for relaxation definitely not the place and if your looking for detailed manicure definitely not the place either.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years and for the most part the service has been «just ok» each time. I continued to go because it was convenient and I suppose I just became complacent. Each time that I go I usually will get either a fill and a pedi, and my daughter will get a pedi & mani or I will get a fill and just a color change on my toes. Usually if I get just a color change Tina will do my nails and have me raise my feet to put in her lap while having my nails dry and EVERY TIME they get smeared. I ask her to fix it and instead of completely fixing it she tries to «smooth» the rough edges and clear coat it again. Sometimes I don’t realize that its still not fixed until I get in the car or after I get home or in a store and don’t feel like going back so I let it go… but mention it the next time. A couple of «good» visits go by and then it happens again. This passed Sat I went and again the same thing happened and I showed her where it was smeared & she attempted to quick fix it and due to the low lighting it appeared to be fixed until I got in the car. It was the weekend before school started and I had to finish last minute shopping so I said I would come back another day to get it fixed. I go in today and I tell the husband that it was smeared on Saturday so I need it corrected. He says ok, and I try to find the color. I see a different color that I think would be prettier. The wife repaints my toes and as I finished drying and begin to walk out-​I ask do I owe anything today and she says «yes because you changed the color»! I was livid!!! The manicurist smeared my nail, did not repaint it or fix it so that it is descent and I come back and I get charged for a complete color change? If I had known that I would have kept the color. The husband is GREAT-​very caring, he makes sure you are happy with the service and he takes his time but the wife rushes, is rough, and is not thorough. I am now looking for a different salon… any suggestions would be great! HELP

WORST experience ever. When I walked in, I clearly stated I wanted a manicure/​pedicure. She told me to sign in, so I did (and wrote down manicure/​pedicure). I chose my color, then was called over to a pedicure seat. I assume it was the son who proceeded to do my pedicure. No complaints on the pedicure itself.
However, four women and a child came in later. They all (including the kid) sat in the pedicure seats across from me. The son turns around, goes over, and starts working on one of the women. All the workers were taking care of them. I’m sitting in the chair wondering, what happened to my manicure? I had to speak up and say something.
He scurried back over, sat a towel in my lap with a bowl of water on top, and did my ENTIRE manicure while I still sat in the pedicure chair. Talk about unprofessional!!! He only stood on one side of the chair also. So I had to crisscross my other hand over my body so he could reach it. Why he wouldn’t walk over to that side is beyond me. It was awkward and uncomfortable. At this point, it appeared he was rushing so he could get back over to the other group of customers that had come in together. The manicure was sloppy. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

By far the best nails I’ve had done. Always done well and I leave happy. Ken does an excellent job. Whether you want one color or many, he doesn’t hesitate to give you what you ask for. And don’t be scared to trust his instincts. He hasn’t once steered me wrong.

This is my favorite nail salon in North Dallas. Prices are affordable and the level of service is fantastic. Paraffin wax and hot stone massage is a great way to relax after a long week. Take your friends and have a fun time getting pampered.
