Fred was so helpful when selling our house and buying another. He is fast to answer emails, phone calls, and texts about any questions we had along the way. He also is so flexible to your schedule when you’re visiting houses. My husband and I had such a terrible experience buying our first home and were very apprehensive about doing it again but Fred made this process so simple and even… gasp…enjoyable. We were referred to Fred by family who had a great experience with Fred when buying their first home. We were moving from Kansas City to Dallas and Fred was very patient and accommodating to our schedule since we could only see houses when we were in town. His willingness to meet with us multiple different weekends in a row led us to our new home in Dallas. He has a vast knowledge of the Dallas area and he helped guide us to the right location and neighborhood for us. Fred’s advice and ability to keep us posted throughout the process was a huge deal to us!
