Where do I start? Was a member for 18 years and has progressively become worse during that time. Members can’t use the gym due to non-​members making a mess of it. Fighting constantly and police have been called twice over threats of guns in the gym. The SAFE program is a joke that will hire anyone to take your money. There is a documented incident of a child being forcefully grabbed. Summer camp is ridiculously priced while they pay a bunch of untrained high school kids minimum wage and reap the profits. The sports programs are garbage. 5 sports directors in 4 years. I’ve coached 6 different sports as a Volunteer and each one has been more poorly organized than the last. This one being the worst yet. Finally dealing with the front office is the worst. Andrew is unbearable pompous attitude is terrible with and Stephanie’s attitude is poor. Worst part is there is no way to reach higher ups. It helps that the operations managers mother is also the board president. But they have a mo poorly on the area with few options so their is no competition and they will continue to profit a non profit.

An all-​around great facility. The cost per month (~$ 37, depending) is very good for access to some group classes, weights/​cardio equipment, and a pool. The fitness area can get VERY busy at times, but that’s not anyone’s fault.

An excellent family place. From the great job Dana and her staff do with the Early learning academy to the swim lesson staff that work patiently with my son. It’s all great. There are not many places that offer so much to do for a family and at reasonable prices!
