Great service from Robert. Highly recommended. I got a new watch battery and a band adjustment on a second watch. Service was completed in less than 30 minutes and very professional. There may be others with slightly lower prices, but they are a tremendous value with top notch service.

Awesome customer service and lightning speed repair. I took a Na Hoku bracelet in for repair and Koy had it inspected and repaired in 20 minutes. It would have taken 6 to 8 weeks turnaround for Na Hoku to send it to Honolulu and back. BEST jewelry & watch repair in Plano TX.

I was in need of a temporary name plate for my dad’s urn… Not only do they have it here for cheap they also engraved his name on it for 10 bucks. Great customer service, and also really fast.
Also founded out that they could replace the cracked crystal on my watch… If they can’t find a place that sells it, they will make a new one…

I took my wife’s Michelle watch in for a battery replacement. I was given the various options i could buy depending on the duration of the warranty I wanted. I elected to go with a lifetime warranty and was prepared to pay about $ 120 for the replacement battery. When i went later to pickup the watch the store manager, Chris, told me that the watch battery was previously bought from Fast-​Fix and had another 3 months left on its warranty and they replaced the battery for free. Now, no-​one but the employees at Fast-​Fix knew that someone (my wife) had previously purchased a battery through their company and they could have easily charged me the $ 120 i was willing to pay and make a quick buck. But no, instead they were honest and honored their warranty, which coincidently I had no idea that i had, and replaced the battery for free! I am super impressed with their honesty and integrity and would highly recommend Fast-​Fix Plano, TX!

My husband and I took his new watch to have links taken out and my wedding ring I had 2 prongs that had moved and I needed them fixed. We dropped them off and within a couple hours they had both fixed. The most impressive part to me was my wedding ring is white gold and they coated it in rhodium, cleaned it and fixed the prongs in that short amount of time. I’ve taken it to chain jewelers that weren’t near as nice or professional. They know what they are doing very experienced and to produce high quality in a short amount of time deserves a 5 star rating. My ring looked so good it brought me to tears I literally cried on the way home. I’m emotionally attached to my wedding ring as I’m sure most are and they can be trusted with it!

I went to Fast-​Fix at Collin Creek Mall to get the wrist band of a new watch adjusted. I thought I’d also ask if they had a replacement back for an earring that I hadn’t been able to wear. The gentleman who helped me not only found the right back piece, but cleaned my earrings for free. My watch was ready at the time given (30 minutes). Since I was pleased with the service, I thought I’d ask how much they charge to clean wedding rings so I could come back another time. It turned out that the cleaning was free, and they took care of it immediately. I was extremely pleased to have my ring all sparkling again, just in time for Christmas.

Love the fast service, but most of all I appreciate their honesty. I thought my watch battery warranty had expired and was ready to pay $ 100+ for a new one with warranty. When jeweler cracked open the watch and looked at date on the battery, he informed me that I still had 6 weeks left on my warranty and replaced battery free of charge. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity. Highly recommended!

If you want a business with honesty and integrity, this is the place to go. Took in a necklace to have it shortened, pricing was very competitive and the customer service was great. Fortunately for me they noticed the necklace I brought in for shortening was an adjustable necklace and didn’t need to be cut down. Most places would have just cut the thing down and made their money but not here. When I returned to retrieve my necklace they explained everything, refunded my money and thanked me for coming to them. I will not go anywhere else for jewelry repair or watch repair. GREAT PEOPLE,

I stopped in during my lunch break on Friday 10 April 2015 to have two watches serviced and to my surprise there were three very friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen working, I was surprised because I was thinking during the week that one or maybe two employees would be working at the time. Luckily for me one of the employees helped me right away, told me how much and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. I went and grabbed a bite to eat, came back thirty minutes later and sure enough my watches were ready to go. When I picked them up another employee took a couple of links out of one of my watches while I was paying for the service, which took probably less than two minutes all said and done to get the right size. During the few minutes I was in the store to drop off and pick up my watches I engaged with all three employees and was very impressed with their professionalism and how nice they were in general, with that being said I would not hesitate going back to this location for service. To top it off I had printed out the Unilocal coupon prior to visiting the store and saved a few dollars, all in all this was a very good experience due to the friendly and quality service.

I’ve been to several Fast-​Fix locations, and this one in Colin Creek Mall is no different. Excellent, fast service with very good warranties. Now, they include the warranty info on the inside of your battery compartment so if you need to get your watch battery replaced again, you don’t have to remember your warranty card. That’s good nation-​wide, too.
Just got the battery in my Bulova watch replaced today. They told me it would be 15 minutes… and…it was ready in 15 minutes. That’s how you get repeat and referred customers. Excellent service, period.

I was just passing by and happened to ask how much to engrave my husband 18k gold bracelet. I thought it would be expensive but it is the same price in Things Remembered, 29.95 for 10 letters. Kathy gave me a 10.00 dollar discount for the polish together with the engraving. She even threw in the extra letter for free because I had 11 letters. I had my husband’s bracelet done on the promised time they said. GREAT CUSTOMER SVC! I will definitely go back here from now on, even if it is 15 miles away.
