Had the pleasure of working w/​these guys. The young lady that answered the phone was so extremely pleasant to work with. I just called out of the blue because I needed something delivered that day and just stumbled upon Falcon Xpress… I will be keeping them on speed dial the next time I need a delivery.

I completely disagree with the couple negative reviews above. In my experience with Tammy and Jeff, everything went perfectly. I had a last minute request and called in less than hour before I needed someone at the door. No phone wait or automated phone message to speak with a person, and I was lucky enough to have Tammy answer my call and come to me and family’s rescue in making the pick-​up and delivery promptly and exactly per our instructions. These are genuinely caring and nice folks, and on top of all this, very cost-​efficient! I’ll definitely be calling and using Falcon Xpress services again.

I located you by chance and I was happy to find you in Plano although the pick-​up was in Dallas. I appreciated you enthusiastic willingness to help and especially since I was in a hurry on Tuesday the 10th. Everything delivered as stated and I felt your price was very reasonable. I hope to have another project that you can help me with. Thanks you again for all your help and I rated you a 5 Star because you deserve it.

Fantastic people to deal with. Needed something delivered quickly from a FedEx office (they messed it up) to the Plano Municipal Center. They were on it in a flash and cheaper than FedEx by a mile.

You would be very happy to not use this company. I’ve warned you. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
A display of what transpired on a delivery they made for us:
They delivered in an old red smoking pickup truck, with a driver that had «a shirt that was 4 sizes too small for him.» Customer actually thought she was being robbed with she pulled up to her home and they were dropping it off. She immediately refused delivery. She was shocked to see a purchase like that being delivered in such a way.

I needed these people to deliver 3 items for me today and they totally failed in following my instructions which I emailed to them in great length. I also sent a follow-​up email explaining exactly what I needed them to do and they still failed. Don’t use these people. So unprofessional and flat out not intelligent!
