History

Established in 2011.

Nichole Nguyen is the president and founder of Elite Senior Solutions. She has been helping seniors and their families in the senior care industry since 2006. Her extensive knowledge of senior care in North Texas as well as her own personal experience with her grandparents has equipped Nichole with the understanding and compassion to provide sound guidance. Nichole wants to treat every client as if they were her own parent or family member. Her goal is to help them find and utilize every resource available to make their experience as seamless as possible.

My grandfather had Alzheimer’s and was living at home with my grandmother as his sole caregiver. As his disease progressed, he began to wander and leave the house unattended. After looking at many communities and homes, we found a place that could handle some of the behaviors that go along with Alzheimer’s.

A couple of years later my grandmother had a bad fall. After the hospital stay, we moved her into a skilled nursing facility where she received the necessary care. This resulted in the need of long term medical assistance. At this point, family funds were depleted providing for my grandfather and we had to look at financial alternatives for my grandmother. Needless to say, this was a stressful and time consuming experience.

Through my professional experience, I have seen families go through similar situations trying to find the appropriate care for their loved ones. It is because of this that I founded Elite Senior Solutions.
