Uh why didn’t I know about this place sooner!!! It’s amazing! A co worker took me for lunch and I was immediately blown away. So quaint, smells authentic and delicious before you even reach the food. The salad bar, omg. More please. Now. All the little Italian goodies everywhere. We need one of these pronto in my neighborhood.

I’ve reviewed the location in Grapevine and the same can be said of this one. They are pretty consistent across each location. I just love the basil pesto hummus, the challah bread and the orange honey butter. I also tried the pan seared wings — good but a little spicy for me. I usually get the chocolate chip macademia cookies, my fav, but decided to get plain choc chip this time and they were not good. I had to call and tell them, I was so disappointed. Nice thing was when I went back in the manager that helped me gave me my preferred cookie to replace the choc chip I didn’t like. They made up for it in my book.

The two things this place has going for it is convenience and freshness. However, this is easily one of the top 5 most over priced places in Plano. Also, they need to change the sides on the grill and change up the pizzas, cause they’re really played out after years.

Friday night pizza $ 10! overrated is not even close to describe how bland and cheap this is. You get what you pay for. Do not expect to be able to tastes cheese or be able to tell the crust from the box top. Maybe ordering a fresh pizza is better. But I’m not gonna try. It’s not worth the carbs or fat. Once in a while I eat pizza and now this was a waste.

5 stars for the Friday night pizza night! $ 10 bucks for a pizza. They have a selection of about 4 or 5 pizzas that you can choose from. My fave is the Hot Coppa. Happy eating!

2 things are a must, their cornbread and chocolate cake are AMAZING… 1. cornbread, comes in jalapeño and regular, both are amazing. the jalapeño is not as spicy as you might think but has that extra flavor that the other is not. both are great… 2. their chocolate cake. BUY it, TRY it, get it for your next party, event, or yourself, also comes by the slice… these two items are always perfect, please and satisfying times 100-do it!

I love eatzi’s. Pros: I love their selection of fresh ingredients for building a salad/sandwich. The pre-made meals have all been really tasty, and are great for work lunches or dinner with no prep. All of their desserts are fantastic(haven’t had one that I don’t like). My favorites are the potato soup, turkey tetrazzini, chocolate mousse/pudding, and their amazing selection of bread. The customer service is fantastic. I never feel pressured to buy a specific item, but have had some great recommendations from employees on items that I wouldn’t have picked out on my own(but LOVE). They also have red dot specials after 9pm. I know some people complain about the costs, but I don’t mind splurging on food. Items here are fairly consistent with restaurant pricing, but I get to enjoy them from the comfort of my own home(hello, Netflix and sweatpants). Good for a great restaurant quality meal, without the crowds or noise. Cons: I’m not a fan of the build your own pasta bowl. I’ve tried a couple of different combos, but haven’t been satisfied. I’m pretty picky with how I like my pasta though, so I suppose I set myself up for failure.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, this place will cost you an arm and a leg. Walking in, your senses are hit all at once with the foodstuffs, the people, and whatever’s cooking in the ovens. It’s bright, eclectic, and there is just so much to look at. There are sandwiches, pizza, bread, desserts, freshly made proteins and sides, as well as pre-packaged nonsense. Crates of wine line the aisles and a whole cheese section is dedicated to the modern vino for pairing. If you’re not careful, turning quick corners can cause a collision with one of their many sample stands. Ample parking and patio space to enjoy lunch on a sunny day. Venturing into the pre-packaged corner, you’ll find clean, wholesome meals ready to be nuked. Then, you look closer, and you’ll see that a 6 oz grilled salmon with rice and snap peas are a hefty $ 13.99.(What in the actual f***). It’s delicious, don’t get me wrong, but literally a painful transaction. A little sushi chef is tucked in the left corner dishing out equally expensive sushi & nigiri for about the same quality as store bought sushi. Apparently, there are wine discounts and Pizza Fridays, but I usually just come here when I’m starving, yet trying desperately to eat healthy, or I’m in such a hurry to get back to the hospital that I decide to pretend the prices aren’t straight robbery. But for whatever reason,(Murica) I feel the need to keep coming back in an attempt to try one of everything. Three stars is just because of the insane prices, and the location is an unkind reminder that $ 20 meals are conveniently right around the corner.

I definitely really like Eatzi’s, so don’t let the 3 stars fool you. The real reason behind 3 versus 4 stars is that it gets a little pricey. They have so many delicious foods and if you get the prepared meals to take home it all really adds up. The last time I went, I spent $ 50 getting the apricot chicken, potatoes, green beans and 3 red velvet cupcakes. This was all for 1 dinner because I was having guests over and didn’t have time to cook. Although I did successfully trick my friends into thinking it was a homecooked meal, I probably would have done better just taking the 2 of them out for dinner or ordering a pizza. I do want to come back and try them for lunch. I hear the sandwiches are a really good value and they also have $ 10 pizza Fridays. I think if it weren’t for the high prices, I would have definitely given more stars!

THE perfect lunch spot! I honestly love everything about eatZi’s and I’m so glad they opened a location in Plano. Food is always fresh and delicious. They have different samples everyday which is great. I really enjoy the salad and the sandwich bar, the choices are endless so I end up with a mountain sized sandwich lol This place is also great for those who do not want or like to cook. You can buy anything and everything pre-made from eatZi’s and just heat it up at home! They also have great selection of all kinds of wine, beer, & desserts! 10% off on all wine bottles if you buy 4 or more! Another big plus is their coffee! I am a total coffee snob and I absolutely love eatZi’s coffee! Definitely worth $ 2 and way better than Starbucks haha :) Anyways, you can really get anything at eatZi’s. They even have sushi. But I usually don’t like getting sushi from markets, but who knows, everything at eatZi’s tastes great!

All their food is fresh, tasty, and moderately priced. I really enjoyed the samples they have out for you too! I sampled their cornbread and it was delicious! Their rotisserie chicken was alright. The flavor was there, but the chicken breast was a little dry. Their roast chicken and red pepper pasta special was a decent amount of pasta for the price of ten dollars. My favorite things about EatZi’s is the mix and match beer for $ 10! What a steal! Also, sushi is BOGO after 9PM!

I love this store and this location rocks. Always neat clean and stocked with all kinds of goodies and eats. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. There is also a huge glass case in the middle of the store with fresh market items to choose from. Sandwich wraps, seafood, Italian pastas, meats and more. The last few times I’ve been in the store, one of the associates walked around and sang opera style ‘a capella’. It’s kinda of funny to see all the shoppers faces, as most are taken by surprise or trying to act like it’s not happening. That’s entertainment in itself. ha! The singing is pretty good and probably unlike your ordinary shopping experience. There are plenty of yummy items to sample as you walk around the store. You can also pick up sushi, specialty cheeses, hot meals and focaccia breads and they also have made to order sandwiches, salads and pizzas. All meals, salads, spreads and dips are prepared fresh and there are also discounted red dot sticker-ed meals after 9 pm every night in the back refrigerator section. They are open for breakfast in the mornings and have plenty of bakery items as well. If you want to eat there, they have a inside seating section, complete with a drink station, utensil area and microwave for any reheating you may need. There is also a delightful patio space that is covered when the weather is not so good. Overall, I’ve always enjoyed stopping here, if only for a quick stop or to roam around and decide what I want.

Eatzi’s is the bomb. Whether you’re looking to get a quick bite for lunch or if you don’t feel like cooking dinner for yourself or the family — Eatzi’s is the place to go. Also they have a lot of free samples laying around. I tend to help myself to the pasta or the bread & spread. Most of the time, I opt to make my own sandwiches or salads. I’m always happy with the outcome. There’s an area in the back with decent pre-made meals already if you’re looking to just go in and out. $ 10 pizza Fridays — they have a selection of pizzas you can choose from that are only $ 10 on Fridays. You might as well go for one(or two) if you’re here on a Friday! The bakery and dessert section though… The staff is really friendly as well.

Half grocery, half eatery. Small place but has a good selection of good and overall healthy foods. Fresh bakery, breakfast counter, even desserts are made there. You can buy/order and checkout, or stop by their bar area and eat there. Excellent service and their manager is a great guy.

Finally checked out the Plano location. The store is just like the other locations which includes prepackaged meals, cheese, sandwiches/salads made to order, and alot of other great items. The only thing that stands out here is that they have a sushi station! They make fresh sushi and can make it the way you want it. The chef is really nice and accommodating. Then prices are on the high side but everything we tried was really fantastic.

Finally got a chance to come check out Eatzi’s the past weekend! The coffee was great and the service was on point! I really liked the chipped ice they use for the coffee! It was so refreshing and affordable. Me and my boyfriend came after lunch so we didn’t purchase other food items! The prices seem a bit high but they seem freshly made and well-prepared! I will be back!

I will never understand the appeal of this place. I visited the uptown location once and was unimpressed but decided to give this location a try. Tell me I’m wrong but isn’t this just an extremely expensive grocery store/cafeteria/café? I walked around 5 or 6 times while I was there hoping the ah-ha moment would hit me and I would fall in love with this place. Still nothing. I got a latte and an order of their chili mac n’ cheese — total of $ 12. It didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t particularly amazing. How much would it have been if I got a whole meal? $ 20 – 25?!

Eatzi’s has become somewhat of a Dallas staple restaurant. It’s a great place to grab a simple bite. Some of their shelf items are a hit or a miss, but you can always find something that you like. Their sandwiches are really their best feature. You have a vast array of meats, sauces, and toppings to make any kind of sandwich you ever thought of. I’m not much of a salad person, but I hear their salads here are excellent too. If you go to Eatzi’s, you should check out the hot bar and see what the special of the day is. On Wednesday’s they have chicken fried steak which is really good, and on Thursdays they have a ½ lb burger with fries. It changes every day, but they also have their usual items like turkey and salmon. The only thing I would stray away from is their sushi, its not really worth the price they put on it and it doesn’t taste that great. Other than that, its a really cool experience and a nice place to sample some appetizers!

This place is like the little market portion of Whole Foods, enclosed in a separate building if you know what I mean. It can be slightly overwhelming because of the amount of stuff they have packed into a kind of small space. We went strictly for desserts, and I decided to get their white chocolate curl cake. It was a super soft, delectable cake layered with white chocolate mousse. The workers are helpful, and will explain the items to you that you’re unfamiliar with. Everything looked so yummy and pretty I wanted it all! But I’m still working on this thing called«self control.» They have a bar-like seating area inside, and a patio area outside that is equipped with overhead heating for cold weather. I’ll definitely be back here to try out some other stuff! Update of some things I really like and recommend trying: Macaroni & cheese Cornbread Chocolate chip cookies White chocolate curl cake Strawberry lemonade Chicken fried ribeye(Wednesday special)
