I ordered the beef enchiladas, and weren’t at all impressed. The refried beans were a disappointment, and the rice was gummy. My first and last time visiting Christina’s.

My fiancé and I decided to try this place for the first time last night. I will give the food a 2 star. My 1 star which I wish could be a –0 star is for our waiter Omar. Omar brought back the check without my finances credit card in it… Omar didn’t seem to be coming back soon. So my fiancé had to tell one of the waitresses that his card wasn’t given back. Out appears Omar with a sneaky suspicious look on his face and pulls out the credit card from HISPOCKET!!! Why was it in his pocket? It should have been in the credit card pocket inside the check holder that he returned to us! This morning the bank calls my fiancé to inform him that there have been many suspicious charges on his account that started early this morning. Fraud! Thanks Omar. I hope this restaurant takes this serious. I have called corporate about this, this will be our first and last time ever eating here. I am also sure we were probably not the only ones he did this to. Beware!!!

This was my first visit to a Cristina’s since moving to Texas. We popped in with a group of 14(we were told no reservation necessary, even on a Saturday night) and they were able to accommodate us immediately with enclosed patio seating. I tried the El Jimador Carnitas Burrito. It was so spicy that I could not eat it, and overloaded with the pickled onions to the point which I thought I had ordered an onion burrito. The menu said it came with rice and beans, however, no rice was served with the meal. I was not asked for my choice of beans(I would have chosen black), and the refried beans were blah. The husband ordered Pollo Tacos, he said they were good. However, the menu also said his dinner comes with rice & beans, and he was served only the rice! The rest of the group seemed to enjoy their various meals. The service was good and they kept our chips and salsa well-supplied, which was great since I could not eat my too-spicy burrito. Unfortunately, we’ll probably have to decline the next time the group chooses Cristina’s, $ 30 with tip was just a little too much for less than complete meals.

Weak marguerita. Bland chips. Salsa lacked seasoning. Guacamole was bland. Not enough onions in enchilades. Other than that…

Pretty standard tex mex. I’ve tried all of the salads and they’re not that great, but the chile relleno with ground beef is pretty good. This is a good place to grab a bite for lunch during work since the service is usually pretty fast. Start with the chile con queso. The chips aren’t that great but I could eat that stuff with a spoon!

A friend and I decided to have lunch together and he recommended Cristina’s because it is close to where I live. I had never been there before and didn’t know what to expect since Mexican food is not my favorite but there are a few dishes that I like. I ordered the lunch fajitas and they were very good. They came sizzling with grilled onions and peppers and had enough for 2 people. My friend had their fish tacos and was also very pleased with the flavor, so much so that she asked the server what exactly was in them! We had a great lunch with great conversation and before I left I got a to go box and ordered a Flan to go since my son loves it so much. My husband loved the leftover fajitas but the Flan was disgusting. So much so that we threw it in the trash. It looked good but was thick and dry not like Flan at all. It’s sad that the dessert took this from a 5 star experience to a 3 and a half star experience.

Let the«Fine» in the name be thought of as «just fine» and not«fine dining». To be honest, I was just looking for a restaurant that had a TV(singular mind you), so I could watch a sport. You’d be surprised how few restaurants are equipped for that in this strip on Park. What I found, though, was a pleasant dining experience and that sports were boring that evening. The biggest plus was friendly staff, beginning with smiles before you can even open the door. The biggest minus is the salsa. Other than a single green fleck of a pepper, the appearance was identical to ketchup(and I could have probably dipped french fries in it and not missed a beat). Most of the other food was average, but I was kind of blown away at the shrimp tacos. I’m used to a lighter crisp dish, but these were actually rather hearty. For dessert polished it all off with the world’s smallest sopapillas(if you just want a taste, get 4; if you ACTUALLY want dessert, get 12). All in all pretty run of the mill Tex Mex with great customer service.

We had Cristina’s cater our Pool Party, last Friday night! The food was of great quality and quantity! We had other quotes before choosing Christina’s. Our Fajitas meat was 14 lbs of beef and chicken — compared to 10 lbs on another quote for $ 100 more. They were on time, the food was hot and the beef and chicken was seasoned to a perfection! The tortillos were fresh and tasted homemade. We will be using them again for other parties. It was a very good value for the price.

Some of the best true Mexican food in the area. Highly recommend you try it out. A tad overpriced but the quality and flavor of the food makes up for it. We will be going back.

Typical Tex-Mex restaurant. I didn’t have anything that stood out from other Tex-Mex restaurants, but the service was very attentive and polite. I had the Tex-Mex nachos and was impressed with the large serving size.

This Christina’s is a little dicey, the food is always warm and flavorful, but the service can suffer sometimes. Nothing really stands out to me as special, but I haven’t ever had a terrible experience here after eating there many times, unlike most other TexMex chains.

I love Christina’s but this location is just nasty! I’ve given it three chances and every time it’s bad. The fish tacos tasted super fishy, avocado soup is bad. Will not be back. The lewisville location is good!

My husband chose this place over Chipotle and now we horribly regret it! The service was crappy; dude had an attitude all the time! He had an attitude when my husband asked him to exchange the iced tea for the sweet tea he asked for. Sorry you misunderstood, buck-oh! Then, he got an attitude when we asked for a couple more minutes to look over the menu. Did he have somewhere more important to be?! He probably didn’t think we would notice him slamming and throwing things on our table. We had to constantly ask for refills of drinks, chips, and salsa instead of him noticing or asking himself. And when we did get drink refills, he wouldn’t pour out the watered down drink and ice. so I had watery Sprite with my meal! We got our food rather quickly. pretty pricey for Mexican food that tastes like everyone else’s. After we paid, the waiter(knowingly, because I saw him look down at it) gave us a bad pen that spilled ink on my husband. On top of that, we got sick from the food. Thanks, Cristina!

Good lunch place. They looked pretty busy, but the waitstaff was friendly and the food came out crazy fast. Salsa isn’t very thick, but has a decent flavor. The food is probably half way between taco casa and chuy’s.

Christina’s Fine Mexican Restaurant seems to be slipping on their quality, in my humble opinion. The food is slowly getting worse, each time I’ve visited over the last few years. The service, on the other hand… Seems to be getting better. The Margaritas… Consistently wonderful! I refuse to give up on this iconic staple of Dallas. After all, one can live off margaritas, chips & salsa, right?

Went with a few friends for a business lunch. Ordered the Enchiladas Tejanas, Two cheese & onion enchiladas covered in ranchero sauce & topped with your choice of grilled chicken or beef fajita meat & pico de gallo. Grilled Chicken $ 10.99 Good meal all around. The refried beans were very tasty. You could taste the ham hock they were cooked with. The rice was average. The enchiladas were o.k. and had Sliced grilled chicken fajita meat on top. The service was very good. My colleagues ordered the shrimp tacos and the Queso Fundido A skillet of melted Jack cheese with tomatillo sauce. Served with homemade flour tortillas. Both were said to be divine!

We went in on Wednesday and discovered it was Fajita Night — Fajitas were awesome — we got the chicken and steak — and I must say I will be back every Wednesday Night. The waitstaff was very friendly and always checking on us. The margaritas are awesome also:} Make sure your not driving though — cuz they are killer good lol — If I had to blow on one of those things the cops carry around — it might explode! Seriously — try the fajitas — We also had the flourless torte(I’m gluten free) and it was awesome!

Who the hell doesn’t serve tortillas with carne asada? You give me meat, onions, pico, and guacamole, but make me order tortillas separately? You hurting for cash? The sirloin was cheap meat, spongey. No bueno. Maragritas earned you two stars.

Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The service was simply awful. We weren’t approached for water/chip/salsa until about 10+ minutes after being seated. The server that did bring us water and chips/salsa wasn’t our server, and promptly scurried away after unloading his tray onto our table. We then waited another 10 minutes for our actual server to take drink orders. He was not very attentive for most of the meal, despite only having a couple tables in his section. Poor service aside, the food here is spectacular! Everyone was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, after experiencing the poor quality of service. Everything from the Carne Asada steak to the beef burrito was great. They give large portions, even in their lunch menu. Will likely come back here, but only if I’m not on strict schedule.

I used to like this place until the service has gone completely downhill. The food is pretty good, but my last experience was not a good one. The servers kept getting our orders wrong, and we had to ask them not once or twice buy 3 x’s for chips and salsa. Even when we complained to the manager, the service was still awful. If you have the patience and want to wait a very long time for service, then come here. I won’t be back here for a while. Oh, and if you order a margarita, get the frozen ones, they are much stronger.
