Very hard to write a review when this is the only conversation you had with employees:
Me: I’d like to open a bank account.
Teller: a banker will be right with you.
Tick Tock, Tick Tock
Banker: (on a business call first hangs up and calls someone) Hey! What are you doing? Vacuuming out your car? Oh, my car! That’s very sweet of you! (Continues call with his sweetie in low hushed tones)
Me: (thinking to myself) Guess I’ll go next door and see if they want my business… there’s only three other banks on this corner.
Please tell me where actual customer service has gone!!!
