Made an Appt. on a Friday at 10:00am. Was running a bit late and called to let them know. They let me know I was already late because they had my appt down at 9:45am. My voicemail reminder for the appt also
references 10:00am. irritated. Had to tell them I’ll call back because I was driving and at that point irritated because I took the day off work for my 1st photofacial appt and now it’s wasted. Called back to let them know and reschedule and it’s been over an hour and I still
can’t get voice to voice contact with someone. Finally called back and left a message. Let’s see if they call and correct the error from today.
Not impressed so far and hoping they make it better.

Dr Selkin goes above and beyond to make issues right, including the recent issue with phone calls not being returned. Phone problem or staff issue, he figures it out and fixes it. He spends time with his patients. Not many docs do that anymore!

I’m a patient of Dr. Selkin’s and during my visit I found him to be very informative and personable. This was my first time to the dermatologist and he made me feel more comfortable than most doctors. He was very thorough and talked me through the entire skin exam. The nurses were very polite and notified me in a timely manner. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Selkin to anyone who is new to dermatology.

This is a really nice place. The back area is HUGE. I’ve seen Dr. Neda Nosrati and she’s been pretty helpful. They also hooked me up with samples and coupons.
They haven’t upset me yet, so this will be my go to place.
