So expensive and pretentious! I have been here many times over the years and I won’t lie, I have had a couple fun nights here only if someone else is paying! The music is usually pretty decent. And other than Sambuca, it’s really the only place to dance in the Shops at Legacy. But the whole red carpet, wait in line, VIP card, bouncers at the door. Were in Plano for crying out loud! I only ever end up here after a few cocktails and I’m already in the area. And then they want $ 6.50 for a red bull and it smacks me sober. HA!

Awesome place and I had an awesome time with the bartenders taking care of me. Very good on drink mixing too. They are pricey but to be honest, they are very well made. Music was great: started on a live band then switched to an upbeat DJ. Five Stars on my first time. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a great nightlife spot in the north Dallas area. Very classy and upscale club and the DJ does a great job with the music playing remix and trendy versions of popular hits. There is a live band that plays every Friday and Saturday. So, any cover charge on Fri/Sat is totally worth it!(Cover: $ 10 for men, $ 5 for women). They post their schedule every month on their website — check them out. The specialty cocktail menu is amazing! Highly recommend their signature drink — the blue martini that I have posted(both men and women will love this drink!). The bar tenders do a great job; no complaints. Besides this, if you need food, they have a good menu as well. They also have happy hour details everyday and is ideal for corporate gatherings; not to mention that they are located in the Legacy district of West Plano(close to Dallas Tollway, Preston and TX-121). Wednesday night is Ladies night — cheap drinks and free for ladies.

Located in the Legacy Town Center, Blue Martini is a fun place to pass the night away. I visited on a Thursday night and the location was packed. There is no cover to get in on Thursday nights. The live band was playing a variety of Salsa, Merengue and Bachata(mostly bachata). The dance area is really small, so be prepared to bump into a lot of people and possibly make some enemies. It is still a fun experience though. Not really a place for deep conversation because the noise level is really high, but everyone there seemed to be having a lot of fun. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to party and let their hair down.

Very disappointing. I first came on Friday night around 10pm. Place was Slllloooooow. A lot smaller than I thought. Finished my drink and headed across the street to Sambuca and had a much better time. From the advice of a friend decided to come today(Sunday 10÷11÷15) for brunch for a very pricey $ 40 which included rock hard bagels, over-cooked shrimp, cold snow crab with no lemon/butter, eggs Benedict sitting on top of a hockey puck, bland Alfredo and some other unrecognizable meats all served on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and mimosas in a plastic flute! I feel like I just got ripped off big time. I will never come back.

Slow as hell! Wife and I walked in seated ourselves wait for five minutes before anyone came over. Eventually had to go to the bar to order. Checked some people ID did not consistently check other IDs, quite curious. That spent more time talking to each other more so than attended to customer needs. this place needs a service overhaul!

Went here Friday and this place was a blast. They offer ladies one free drink on the house. When we first arrived, there were two men playing the bass and guitar and singing soulful hits such as thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran. They were very good. Then at around 10 or so they brought on a live band who did awesome, playing Nelly, Bruno mars, Journey, Earth wind and fire, Montell Jordan and a bunch more. Right up my alley !! My sister and I danced for a couple of hours and had a blast!

In town for work. Didn’t appreciate the fact that we got kicked out from our table for friends of the bartender. Overheard the whole convo before we were asked to clear our table. The drinks took forever and the appetizers weren’t all that. Would’ve given a better review if we weren’t asked to clear our table.

I like this place but was sorry to see DJSC go back on the day. But now that he’s back, I’ll be back more often! Good job, Blue Martini, for bringing him back! I’ll spread the word to my professional jet set crowd in the Dallas area now

The Blue Martini lounge is one the finer clubs /bars in the legacy shopping area. always a very good collection of people mixed crowd not too young not too old and the best bartender is Theresa she will hook you up just right never over pores never under pores and everything is ixed perfectly. Knows her drinks and serves them with a great smile.

This place simply sucks, security is never friendly especially Kenny. They don’t treat people like gentleman and ladies. They just don’t care.

We wandered over here for the first time on a Thursday night, and had been wanting to try the place out for quite some time. We arrived around 10pm and it was pretty empty. Maybe about 10 – 15 people. It was international night so they had a band who was just getting ready to perform as we had walked in. It seemed as if there were more men in the band than people in the entire bar. I looked through the page of $ 14.50 martinis to find something that sounded good. $ 14.50? Was I in Vegas? I asked the server chick if there were any drink specials since it was a week night yand she said nope. I opted for the chyna doll martini, which was alright, not worth the price, and it didn’t have as much lychee flavor as I had hoped. After that, I had the dirty martini… which was so gross. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks, which I thought was a little too long considering how empty the place was. When we ordered our first round of drinks, the server, Nicole, asked us for a card to open up a tab, I told her we wanted to pay cash. she said it was just to open a tab. When we were ready to leave, we asked for the check, and she brought us the receipt and card that she had already charged. Cool way to follow instructions. Disappointed in this place. Blue Martini gives me the blues.

I have been to blue martini before and haven’t had any issues, but last night I had an absolute horrible experience. Trying to be unbiased, I would say this is a place with an older crowd(40+ on average), thus expensive food and drinks. During happy hour they have 20s friendly prices which is when we usually go. You can stop reading here because I’m about to rant about last night and why I will never go back to blue martini, which is really not that devastating for me since they are expensive for their average tasting food and drink. I normally do not give 1 star reviews, but I was taken advantage of twice last night and they tried to rip off my friend too but finally the waitress could do something about it. It started with the waitress bringing my friend the wrong drink. As she was pouring it, she realized it was the wrong color and remade her order and of course blaming the fluke on the bartender. Then my other friend showed up 30 min later and ordered the drink I thought I ordered. As she was pouring her drink, she realized that it was a different color from mine even though we had the same order. After talking to the bartender, she realized our orders were mixed up with a different table earlier and of course it was the bartenders fault. But then she said I would have to pay for another one if I wanted the drink I ordered because I drank too much of the incorrect order. Well, I’m sorry that my job is not to distinguish your martinis by color and when you put alcohol in front of me I drink it. The reason I drank so much is because your service is so shitty it took you 45 minutes to come back and check on us and another 15 to realize my order was incorrect. But of course, it’s my fault. Then by principle, I refused to order another drink because I thought it was unreasonable for her to ask me to purchase another drink when it was the bars mistake. Then, my friend accidentally spilled her drink, but for some reason when it’s my friends fault she gets a free drink. But in her intoxicated state, she said she probably didn’t need another one so then the waitress said she’d get me the drink I ordered earlier that was incorrect. I thought that was so sweet! She’s redeemed herself, although why I didn’t get one when they messed up still boggles my mind, but if my friend breaks a martini glass then that warrants a replacement. Fast forward an hour, speedy service I must say, she comes to our table and says we had our drinks for too long so she couldn’t replace the spilled drink. Hm… maybe we’ve had them so long because you attentively check on us an hour or so. Or maybe you shouldn’t have told us you were bringing us a drink and then inform us an hour later that we couldn’t get it. All and all, the service last night sucked. I never got the drink I ordered and made it feel like it was my fault. Never returning here ever!

Dancing and an atmosphere for cougar town is all I will say. Come here for the entertainment and the people watching for sure! Be prepared to get your boogie on. The weekend can get a little crazy. I hear they do drink specials and such during the week. Definitely dress cute if you come on a Saturday night and be prepared for a fun time! Just be open minded because it is an interesting crowd and mix of suburbians.

Honestly, I don’t care for the cover. I haven’t had to pay a cover since I was 18 and first going clubbing, but this place had a cover. I don’t really get it. But the service at the bar was pretty good, and they def pour with a heavier hand. This is the reason, it wasn’t 2 stars The crowd is older, and I’d perfer Uptown over shops of legacy

We came here on a Wednesday and it was ½ off for ladies drinks. Obviously doesn’t apply to me, but it also did not apply to many there as the place was pretty empty. I was there for a work happy hour and ordered some Long Islands. They were pretty strong and at $ 7 a pop, a decent value. For it being so empty, our server was hard to come by. She would come by and take big orders and then disappear for awhile. The place had the décor to be a pretty upscale fun place. I’ll have to come back when it is more crowded to get a better feel. for now though, if you are looking for a good place to have a group of people where you won’t be bothered, this is the place.

I’ve been here a couple of times, mostly for happy hour, which is Half Off All Drinks and a Discounted Food Menu, which I believe is half off appetizers as well, 4 — 8PM7 Days a Week… that’s pretty awesome! Everything I’ve had or tasted here is pretty good. The Shrimp & Crab Dip, the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, I devoured their Smoked Salmon Pizza(I think that’s what it was) and one of my girl’s got the Blue Crab Cakes, you get not just one, but TWO and they were pretty generous portions. She said they were good, I mean she cleaned her plate. The ONLY thing I’ve noticed EVERYTIME I go there, is the service is not that great. The girls are nice and all, but they are super slow. I mean, it’s like you have to make sure you have EVERYTHING at your table before they walk off, cause it’ll be a good 10 – 15 minutes before you see them again. Besides that, it’s a good, chill spot that I enjoy myself at and it’s always an option for after work!

I’ve actually been here twice now and had a GREAT experience both times! The first time my friends and I showed up around 11 or midnight after we’d had drinks/dinner for a friend’s bachelorette party. They had dance music and it was a great crowd of friendly people who filled the dance floor and the bar area. Pretty even mix of some people just sitting and enjoying the people-watching and others willing to dance and have fun. Perfect for our group and we had so much fun! Second time I went I met a friend for their fantastic Ladies’ Night happy hour. Half-priced drinks and appetizers made for a great evening! I was shocked(and so was my friend) that they make your martinis in little shakers and then LEAVE the shaker with you to refill your martini. I was paying $ 8 for a martini, but refilling my glass twice. Needless to say even though I only paid for two martinis, I was definitely tipsy, and we stayed even later just hanging out and talking to sober up. Apparently they usually have a band in the late evenings and we stayed late enough to hear them start and they seemed good. Overall, this is a great place, and if you catch the happy hour both your wallet and your stomach will leave happy!
