I never post on reviewed ! This is a worse dealer I never see. first time we stop by to see the car we like on web side .we have walked around 30 minutes no body come outside and
ok for that we think they so very busy, but we walked inside and anyone have free time .then asked me may I have you? well what you think what I doing here I came here for buy the car right? I’m ok for that we I like the car that we liked and never complain the priced .then we purchased that car we like and we asked them before we buy the car, can you do oil change, and details and wash the car becacase the car not ready on parking still dirty. and they just have only one key fob we asked if We buy the car today can you do oil change and detail the car and made one more key fob! they said they will take care and made me other key fob in one month .ok we purchase 2013 Mercedes e 350 .we pay and we said come back tomorrow and pick up .we from 45 mintues away the next day we picked the car up .they said a very thing have done .we look over the car and open the hood still look the same We told them the car still the Same look like yesterday they said been done we not said nothing then we took it to Mercedes Plano dealer they said oil change never done! because they drained the oil and open canister oil filter still looked very nasty and oil very black. then I came back Anh talked to manager his name is Michael Murphy he said he will take care but he never reimburse money back! it ok what I about you told me in one month give me one more key fob .have been 2 month from now ! Still don’t heart from you ok he will call me back, and order the key, we wait and we wait still never heard from him then I call the reicieption desk and she said she will give massage to him still waiting 2 more weeks still don’t heard from him? we don’t want not thing you promised me you will take care all that .we never offer the price from the car .are you lier to sell the car or you honest ! So can I talk to the owner to sole this problem?

The Best Auto Buying Experience you’ll ever have. We were looking for a used Lexus that I saw on their website, so we stopped in and spoke with the sales rep Ian and his General Sales Manager Ken. The most painful part of buying a car is the back-​and-​forth negotiation on trade and purchasing price, but we had all of that knocked out in about 10 minutes. Ken and his team are very proactive and hyper sensitive about customer service and expediting the sales process quickly. We were very happy with their level of urgency to address any cosmetic issues we detected with the car and no questions asked. They really understand how customers want to purchase a car these days and have locked into that. Also, they have a service area which most local online auto stores don’t have. I highly recommend this dealership for your next luxury car purchase.

Today we bought our first car from Mr. Delon and I have to say that I am very impressed from the service I recieved from everyone here. We were assisted in every way possible from the moment we walked in. They gave us every detail about the car we chose even before asking for it. I am looking forward to buying another vehicle from them in the future.

This place has no integrity. In Feb 2015 they sold me 2011 DTS with a salvage/​branded title at full value. They did not disclose this information upfront. The Carfax report came clean but the Autocheck report came back with structural damage. For anyone who don’t know, a car with a salvage/​branded title is only worth pennies on the dollar from market price. In discovering this, I immediately realized that I am waaaaaaaaay upside down on this vehicle. I found this out the hard way when I was looking to trade it in. And guess what: I’m not the only person this has happened to. There are other reviews with the exact same complaint, so Auto Web Expo knows that they’re not being totally upfront with its customers. Anyone who is thinking about buying a vehicle from Auto Web Expo I suggest you look elsewhere. However, for those who decide to purchase a vehicle from them, do not count on them to disclose everything about the history of the vehicle. Please perform your own due diligence before you decide whether or not you want to purchase a vehicle from them.

I have purchased 4 Vehicles over the past several years from AWE. I have had them shipped to Chicago, Ohio, and California as I have moved around. Always pleased with the professionalism and honesty and excellent prices of AWE.

My vehicle ended up having a campaign (BMW 550i series). Nothing AWE could have done about that. My prior review still stands.

My previous car broke down twice in one day, the day before Christmas Eve. After two years of not having a car note I decided it was time I get reliable transportation.
I was very particular about what I wanted (make, model, color, mileage etc.) so I did some online shopping before deciding where to go. As a single woman I didn’t want to deal with pushy, slimy salespeople so I did my research on dealer rating as well. I found the ratings for Auto Web Expo to be consistently high across various rating websites.
I walked in at 9am on Christmas Eve, explained to them my situation (creditworthy/​qualified, ready to purchase and not in the mood for pushiness). I was assured that I wouldn’t be treated that way. My salesperson was friendly and patient with me. Although I knew the exact car I wanted to purchase I didn’t want to make the decision w/​out considering other options so I was encouraged to take my time and test drive until I felt comfortable. They have a great selection of cars in varying colors, makes, models and price ranges. Financing was quick and easy and the interest rate was competitive. I typically go in with my own financing but because of the holidays and my last minute decision to purchase I was willing to let them handle it for me. The reality is I probably could have found a rate a point or two lower if I did it myself but the convenience of having them do it the day before a holiday was worth it.
I consider myself to be highly knowledgeable about the car buying process so I don’t relying on the dealership to educate me. I feel like Auto Web was honest and upfront and I felt comfortable every step of the way.
I need to swing by to get my plates and I’ll be stopping by for the complementary one-​year maintenance so I’m looking forward to a continued positive relationship with them.

I was recently in the uncomfortable position of needing to buy a car quickly, right before Christmas day. Auto Web Expo was the fourth place I visited in my search for a used, luxury automobile. If this is the type of car you’re shopping for, Auto Web Expo is a good place to look. They have a nice variety of used, luxury vehicles in excellent condition, and the selection is more unique and stylish than many other dealerships. Aime was the sales associate that assisted me, and she was great – friendly, not pushy, and knows the cars like the back of her hand. Aime went over the CarFax with me and pointed out a possible issue, and even recommended an automobile inspector (unaffiliated with their dealership) when my go-​to mechanic was unavailable. She didn’t rush me, even though it was getting late in the evening, just days before Christmas.
I can’t speak to other people’s experiences, but I will say that I had a positive experience here, and would recommend Auto Web Expo. (My only negative comment is that the music in the showroom is too loud.) I’m giving four of five stars, not because I had any issues with them, but because I ended up purchasing my car elsewhere, and therefore, can’t rate a full transaction regarding financing, or the resolution of any issues. Why didn’t I buy here? Ultimately, I felt like I had just begun shopping, and I wanted look around a bit more. Unfortunately, I ran out of time due to impending business meetings and family responsibilities, and ended up buying a car elsewhere on Christmas eve. I’m pleased with the car I bought, but I feel I would have been just as pleased, perhaps more-​so, having purchased it from Aime. Frankly, she was far more deserving of my business, and I regret not being able to buy from her.
A brief, nonjudgmental word about some of the other negative reviews: First, don’t expect people to hold a car for you without a down payment. They’re a business, not your mom. Second, make plans to look at the car in person, in good lighting, and be thorough. Make note of the features you’re looking for, and divide them between what is required and what is optional. Take the car for a test drive, and take a friend to help you look it over. Third, get a mechanic to inspect the car – especially if you can’t check out the car in person.
If you decide to shop here, ask for Aime.

Normally, I wouldn’t leave a review. I will here in hopes that it helps others avoid a similar situation.
I called about a vehicle. We worked on a deal, and came to a verbal agreement. I allowed them to pull credit (i have good credit, and I have worked hard to get it that way), then was told the vehicle we had agreed upon was under deposit by someone else in Houston. They would give the deposit party first choice at it. First of all, who leaves a $ 500 deposit on a 40k vehicle? My suspicion is that it was sold to the other party for more money than we had agree to under my terms. The decision (so I was told) came from the top (the owner) so it wasn’t someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I believe it to be a used car sales ploy against me to gain a couple thousand dollars. I found another one, so it’ll end up working better for me in the long run. Still a bad business model, and bad business relations.
You decide if it was fair, either way I won’t be shopping here ever again. I suggest you do the same. Find a car somewhere else where they can be straight up honest with you in negotiating a deal, and having the integrity to stick to it once you have made the agreement. Love this place i have been struggling with other dealers they have the best import cars that u want at a good price with good customer service. It only took me a couple of hrs to get my MB C 300 4matic. U must check this out before u go buy somewhere else

After researching and considering a Mercedes Benz purchase for several months, we visited AWE. Car price was a fair asking, associates were knowledgeable, did not feel pressured, and follow-​up service was above par. We were impressed that President/​GM Dillon Rohani’s took the initiative to introduce himself and assure us that his company would address any concerns we might have. This personal touch, their Maintenance Advantage Plan, and the follow-​up work covered under the warranty – in addition to the great car we purchased – has us recommending AWE to anyone who will listen. We will look here first when the time comes for our next vehicle!

I went here after a recommendation from my fiancé. I dealt with Alex and Chad. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about cars. The thing that I appreciated the most was that they were very candid about the pros and cons of various cars based on my requirements. Their advice was tailored to what I was looking for. If they thought that something was not a good fit, they let me know right away. Similarly, if they thought that a car was perfect for me, they explained why in detail. After working with Alex and Chad for a few weeks, I found a car that I really love for a very competitive price.
The only thing that I was a little concerned about was the financing. I was quoted a relatively high finance rate until I produced my pre-​approved rate from a bank. I was able to use this pre-​approved rate as a bargaining tool to bring the rate down. In fact, Auto Web Expo beat the bank’s lowest rate by .5%. I just wish they would have offered me the lower rate to begin with. This is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5.
Bottom line: If you are looking for a car, go to Auto Web Expo and work with either Alex or Chad. If you are planning on financing your car, get a rate quote from a bank first so that you have a sense of what your rate should be when starting negotiations. I would highly recommend Auto Web Expo to anyone looking for a car.

I bought my BMW here last year (May 2012), and had a great experience. The staff was professional and friendly, the car was gorgeous and exactly as described and the buying experience was hassle free. There are lots of shady «online» dealerships, but Autowebexpo is great. They deserve your business. My car is great and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I had a great experience here. I received the amount I wanted for my car and I paid what I wanted for their car, there were no pushy sales people and she was not rushing me to make a sale. Aime was very good at answering all my questions and concerns and working with my bank. It was a very painless process and I would recommend them to anyone.
