The worst. I asked for a 64 gig I phone 6S. None in stock. I asked for a 64 gig iPhone 6 They got me set up I got home I had low storage the next day because they handed me a 16 gig iPhone 6. I had to return the phone when the manager was there before getting there one Saturday they told me they had 64 gig six iPhones in stock I got there while the manager was there and they were out of the 64 gig iPhones. I had called her(Monique) earlier in the day three times she never return my call. I ended up returning the phone on a Tuesday and they deducted $ 35 from my refund. I was without a phone for two days because she did not reverse my order so I could continue with my upgrade. I had to call ATT service online. They referred me to a corporate stor and refunded my $ 35. So hint: A corporate store is the way to go if they fixed me up.

If you are thinking of AT&T then please read my post of my unresolved problems including the lack of customer service. I am coming up on 25 days since they installed service. It is still not working. TV programs. We watched Modern Family where the sound was 4 seconds behind the video feed. It is typical for TV programs to freeze. The internet drops constantly. It cannot maintain a VPN. The phone is garbled. If you have a home office the service makes it impossible to work. We had over 9 different AT&T techs. We have 4 inside techs and 5 line, external techs. The customer service is horrendous. The customer rep that I reached made me go through each of the 30 question and checks. Even though they just checked it on Tuesday.
