I have used Appliance Doctors many times and they always deliver! These guys are helpful over the phone and show up when they say they will. Their billing rates are very reasonable!

It is rather impossible to evaluate their work if they never actually call back to schedule. I submitted an online appointment request on Saturday night, and requested a Monday 8:00 am time, totally not expecting a call back until Monday morning anyway. I figured I would just get on the list. I gave them until about 10:30 and the called on the phone, re-​explained the problem, and was told he would call back after finding out who could come to my area– «give me about two hours», he said. That was two days ago…

Good guy, fair prices. He is very busy, so he seems to have trouble keeping appointment times. Very likable and really knows what he is doing.

Refrigerator stopped cooling and called Appliance Doctors. Lee was at the house within 30 minutes, repaired the faulty starter switch, placed everything back in order and discussed the «follow-​up» steps. AND the total bill was less than ½ what the repair service from a major retailer that rhymes with EARS quoted. We will call Appliance Doctors anytime we need repair. Excellent service. They serve the Dallas-​Ft. Worth area, usually with same day service.
