Joe is great! He called last night to confirm my 5:30 am pick up this morning, arrived early and dropped me off at the closest door to Alaska airlines check in, which is no small feat with the construction at terminal e at dfw. Safe clean car, polite conversation. I recommend him highly.

Woke up this morning and my scheduled car service to the airport was unable to pick up due to an accident that occurred in route to our house due to the ice storm. They were scheduled to pick up at 5:30am. When they did not arrive by 6:00am, we had to look for an alternative service. I called American Cab and Joseph answered the phone(yep, at 6am on Sunday). After asking how long it would take to get to us, 20 minutes later Joseph promptly showed up INTHEICE and picked up our family. With a smile on his face and concern in his voice he safely got our family to the airport when the conditions at best were treacherous. The roads were absolutely terrible and he was extremely cautious, concerned for everyone’s safety, and immediately put everyone at ease with his caring nature. I HIGHLY recommend their services and will definitely be using them in the future(next time with advance notice Joe!!) My wife and I can not thank you enough for getting our families to the airport when we were totally helpless.
